Staff are slow and a little rude in the bar. There is a locals bar with special menu and when I asked what makes a local I was told with a smirk someone that comes everyday! The atmosphere made us feel not wanted. It's a Shame as the location and the play area for the children is really good. The...

Ate here on a Friday night and whilst the restaurant was busy, the food was excellent, the staff were helpful, courteous and very efficient. I had the spinach and mushroom lasagne which was divine and my partner had the scampi. Both meals were well cooked and plenty, so much so we didn't have room for a pudding. Friday's is fish...

Lovely location. Its a pub with accom & the rooms are not fantastic. Nice playground for kids & a few animals in the barn. Staff are friendly & helpful. Breakfast was good. OK for a short break (1 x day).

We recently dined at The Bell (8 of us in total). The meals were fantastic and so huge we only managed 2 courses! The starters are extremely generous so if you are more of a 'pudding person' , unless you have a huge appetite, you may want to go straight for a main course. Once again, these are generous and...

Lovely village Everything with the pub and accommodation excellent, clean, warm and friendly staff. Cooked breakfast was disappointing as it took an age to arrive and was poor with sausage not thoroughly cooked, scrambled egg not well mixed, fatty bacon.

We only live in Bristol but love to take short breaks to countryside places never visited before. We booked this last minute through late rooms as it wasn't too far and boasted a beautiful village green and walks. Although the weather wasn't great.. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and took a nice walk along the canal close by. Rooms were...

Had lunch here today not knowing that a beer and cider festival were taking place. We ordered Dressed Crab £9.95, sardines with mediteraen veg £5.95 and a steak burger £8.95 all washed down with cider of course. The barman was excellent in taking the order, after a few minutes of being sat down out side he came out to tell...

We stayed here for a couple of nights midweek and were pleasantly surprised. We were in one of the larger suites at the rear of the hotel, which had a private entrance from the car park. Our rooms were spacious and, comfortable and clean, ok not immaculate, no air con, and the shower controls were a bit awkward, but you...

This was our first time to Frampton on Severn and we came to see Giffords Circus which were parked on the green opposite the Bell Inn. There were 14 in our party and we booked for 7.30. It was busy in the pub and we arrived and hour earlier than expected but the staff made up very welcome and still...
