This place was amazing from start to finish. From the check in to clean rooms to the helpful staff. We spent 5 nights last year in this beautiful hotel and we will definitely be back. The food was amazing and definitely the best in town. There is live music on the weekend and a great atmosphere. I definitely recommend this hotel to all family and friends

The restaurant is a calamity from point of arrival through to getting the bill. Having ordered a medium rare steak, I got something equivalent to shoe leather! Go to any restaurant in the centre of Blagoevgrad and you will easily find a better place. The service was sedentary and attention to detail non existent.

Wonderful wedding party at Bachinovo hotel organised by well trained and friendly staff, especially the receptionist with the plaits. She helped me on several occasions with taxis, city advice and stationery emergency that I had. The rooms are decent size, clean and well utilized.

Everything was terrible at the restaurant. My advice is to avoid it and find another place around. We ordered Macedonian BBQ and the meat tasted really bad, the salads were with bad vegetables despite the fact that is summer. We waited a lot of time for a grilled pork fillet and we received COLD poor quality meat.

I'd been in Bansko. Final night was the birthday of the 6 year old daughter of a friend. Invitation, rude to refuse. Actually the party was fun. They have a great room. Children's entertainers and good party food. Room was warm and welcoming, TV, WiFi, good bathrooms. It's a full service hotel. I even got a smile out of one of the staff this time.
