It was really amazing stay. When we reached, I was like, it's okay okay hotel. But when I actually enter into hotel and and inspecting rooms, I was amazed. I am very particular with clean bathrooms. When I saw, it was perfect neat and clean. They have roof top cafe and morning brrabreak was amazing too. Guy in cafe was serving breakfast fresh and hot based on your demand. We were 14 ppl and were having no issues at all.

I had booked 2 rooms for 6 and 7 January 2020. We went there. Our rooms were small but they exchanged one of the room with the spacious room. But that room was very smelly . Washroom was too very spacious but the horrible part was that there was no geysers or hot water provision throughout the day. Only next morning they provide 2 buckets hot water for 4 of us in 1 room. Breakfast service and quality was also below expectations. This was our worst experience of treebo as we had booked through treebo. Moreover they provide extra mattress rather then extra bed as we were told from treebo.

Hotel is very noisy. If there is any room opened in night you will know. If anyone is talking in lobby you will know. They have outsourced there restaurant, hence in case of any issues you have to go through reception and they usually have a fight. Loud music is played at restaurant which makes it more inconvenient. Ok for groups/party people, but may not be so idle for families. Staff at reception is good at courteous. Avoid room 203, as shower/hand shower was not working; Flush has problem has to be pressed multiple times. Rooms are clean and nice otherwise.

It has a good location. The staff is polite and cordial. The roof top restaurant is nice with good paintings. The wall of the hotel has good painting of a girl drawn by the painter Mamta Singh. The room is nice with spacious & clean bathroom.

As we arrived earlier than expected in Sawaii Madhopur, we decided to stay here for 1 night in March 19 and glad we picked this hotel. Located only 10 mins drive from the railway station, this hotel offers clean rooms, restaurant, roof terrace sitting are, delicious food and service with a smile offering can do attitude despite being a small hotel. The rooms were clean and hygienic and had a good sleep. The best attribute is the staff friendliness and I thanks all the staff for that and definitely recommend this hotel.
