Yes you stay in a tent but not a usual tent. The center height of the tent is 20'. There are dual sinks in the freshening up area. A shower, sunken tub and toilet in a separate area. A lounge area, a sitting area an oversize king bed. It should be mentioned that the tent heating and air conditioning. There...

From the greeting you receive upon arrival to the friendship you feel with the staff (and place )upon departure this property is fantastic. And worth the price. Being close to the park makes going on safari very easy and the park itself is beautiful. We were one of the lucky ones as we saw seven tigers (three were cubs) on...

LOCATION It is a long and bumpy drive to get there, and in scary traffic. I was SO thankful that we used the Aman driver as I felt safe with him! It is so close to the tiger reserve, which is great for the safaris! ROOMS The tented rooms are really amazing and beautiful. They are much larger than they...

Such a welcome relief after the bustle of Mumbai, Delhi and especially Acra! Rooms that are cool or warm (it is winter!) when needed, superb service, great food. Wine selection could be improved but the Sula Indian wines fit the menu and are very adequate. The international reds are heavy while the whites are a little expensive for what they...

There is nothing that the staff at the Aman-i-Khas have not thought about in building this oasis in the middle of Ranthambore National Park. The service is impeccable with dedicated butlers for each of the only 22 tents on the property. We felt that we were the only people on the planet. The spa was amazing but nothing and no...

We found Aman-i-Khas to be a terrific property. The food was outstanding. The service was great. The managers were attentive. Our butler, Raul, was simply perfect...from beginning to end, he looked after our every need. Though we did not get to see a tiger, it wasn't for want of trying! When there was a sighting at the nearby town, the...

Ranthambore can be quiet cold and tiring in the winters, particularly after one's morning and evening safaris. Not so if you choose to stay at the fabulous Aman-I-Khas. You arrive to an assembly of key staff at the entrance to greet and welcome and introduce themselves. The tents are overwhelmingly welcoming and make one wonder that they could represent perfectly...

Service was - as is typical for Aman - impeccable. The tents offered understated elegance. Food was very good, especially for the boondocks location. The only reason that we knock this down a notch is that the tents were cold at night. Even with thick duvets, they had to bring in heaters. And even then, it was cold enough to...

The Aman I Khas is perhaps the finest property we have ever stayed at. The accommodation and service are incomperable as is the experience they provide for exploring the tiger safari park. Accommodation: The property consists of 10 luxury tents. Each tent is thoughtfully decorated to be comfortable yet simple. The bathtub is enormous, the heated beds are decadent and...

We stayed at the Aman-i-khas in December and had a wonderful stay. It was pure perfection from beginning to end, but most of all the staff was amazing. Our Batman, Rahul, was so kind and giving and made our stay extra special. It also felt so special as there are only 10 tents for hotel guest, so it felt very...
