We stayed two nights at baan klong jao homestay. The rooms are okay and the location is not too bad: just 10 minutes walk to the beach. The place also has a nice terrace with a view over the the mangrove. The service on the other hand is not great. This all started with a first bad experience during the...

So to start, the bungalows are super nice, especially the ones that sit around the lawn. Quiet, we were a couple, and found our place spacious, with a large bathroom, and small vestibule type space before. Koh Kood is pricey in general, so 800 baht for fan one, and 1200 for a/c unit is standard. There are free kayaks for...

We enjoyed every minute! Bungalows are quiet, next to the mangrove, have all basic comfort. Good bar with cheap beer at the river (yes, there are insects!). The seafood dishes are great and have a perfect price/quality. You can also have a Thai breakfast in the morning. Very friendly staff, close to massage parlors, the beach, etc.

Nice bungalows in the best part of the island - 5 min walking to a great beach, just behind the corner from two diving clubs (I recommend the Koh Kood Divers!), next door from the Mangrove Bungalows with amazing restaurant, with free kayaks, bike rental, nice smiling staff... a place to be. Just don`t eat there - there are better...

We have booked this guesthouse by destination Koh Kood for 1500 THB per night. Guesthouse has good location (around 12 minutes from Klong Chao Beach - walk) - 5 by motorbike. Rooms are nice and clean but service is terrible, they don't speak English at all - so they are completely unhelpful, you will have problem with order breakfast, rent...

Stayed for 1 week here and it was great. The homestay located in a good location, 5 minutes walking distance from the beach and some nice restaurant also not far from Klong Chao waterfall, around 30 minutes by motorbike. The price included breakfast. The homestay also provided canno so you can explore the river or go to the beach by...

We didn't stay at this resort, but we did eat at the small restaurant on the road to the Klong Chao waterfall behind the resort. I believe that it is owned by the daughter of the owner of the resort. What surprised us about the restaurant were a number of out of the ordinary Thai dishes we hadn't seen on...

We stayed at Baan Klong Jao for 5 nights, booked through Destination Koh Kood. We booked one of the bungalows with air conditioning for 1500 Thb a night (plus an additional booking fee), the price included breakfast. The resort was easy to find and the boat dropped us off right at the accommodation’s pier. Upon arrival a member of staff...

We were there in off season and paid ฿1300.-/ person with reduction for the child. our little cabin was clean, had a roomy bathroom with shower. Air conditioning and satellite TV. Friendly staff. The Thai breakfast was basic but ok. We ate in the restaurant that is built...

I have stayed with my family on more than one occasion, most recent being last week . I travel with my own boat so is terrific being able to moor Alongside the restaurant in the river. The owner Pan is very friendly as are all of the staff. They have bungalows in the garden and rooms with shared toilets at the...
