Right when we got off the longboat, I knew it wasn't going to be the best stay. Is this the nicest place in that area of the island, yes; did we get what we paid for, no. I booked the beach bungalow (looks like a boat) and when we arrived, we found out we have the one that's behind the...

I have been going to this place every Christmas New Year for ten years now and people keep saying to me.. why do you always go to the same place.. well.. if you went here.. you would go back every year too. First of all Mama Taam is at the helm of this fine place and she runs with never...

We were there for 4 days with my wife. A very lovely resort. We stayed at a boat bungalow. Bungalow was quite comfortable and view was really awesome. It was reallly nice to see a pure sea in front of you when you open your eyes in the morning. Mrs Taam was very cute and helpful for everything. If you...

Lovely place, comfortable, nice staff from the boss to the waiters to the cleaning ladies, decent food, unpretentious. Everything I need on holiday. We had the room right on the beach. No bugs, nothing (only the monkeys on the roof at times but come on, you are that close to the jungle). All bungalows look nice but some people might...

Staying at the next resort we decided to wander down the beach for dinner here one evening. The grounds are nicely landscaped and the atmosphere very relaxed. Food was excellent and the servings generous. The table was outside but undercover and had a relaxing outlook over the garden, trees, beach and sea.

A very nice landscaped resort. Comfortable rooms with great views. Good food and friendly service. Plenty of beach space. Ideal for a quiet escape but we were unlucky to coincide with 2 or 3 noisy families (English) whose screaming kids spoilt the peace and quiet and ran around as if they owned the place. Not sure what the resort could...

Koh Jum is a great, underdeveloped island. Staying at Ting Rai was a great experience, starting with the pick-up from the ferry (in the middle of the sea) to a clean room with sea view (basic hill-top cottage) and friendly staff. Check out Mr Boy's bar too! The access road was rather difficult to pass due to recent heavy rain,...

Peacefully and quiet! That's a good line up for Ting Rai Bay Resort. The bungalow is perfect for occupancy as a couple. The rooms were clean and have a hot shower, fan, musquito net and towels. All bungalows have a small porch with two seats and a small table. We had an uphill seaview bungalow, room number 5. And the...

Koh Jum and Ting Rai Bay are awesome place to visit in Thailand. We stayed in bungalow #7 and loved it. Although no a/c, there were 3 fans which made it cool enough at night. Lots of bugs, so bring your spray! They do sell Sketolene at the coffee bar. Food was amazing and prices were fair (normal island prices...

Really relaxing and great value. Huts are very close to the beach and are great quality. The staff are friendly and he food is good. A great place to go to just chill out. Lovely day beds along the beach and use of deck chairs and towels on the beach. Couldn't want anything more from a resort on Koh Jum,...
