Still a lovely place! The Koh Jum Lodge is maybe the best authentic thai style bungalow resort in the andaman sea. Nice island, perfect beach on the westcoast. Top managed! Everything in a top condition. Go there you'll love it!

this ecotourism lodge was the nicest part of our Thailand journey. Great sunset, relaxed Atmosphere, friendly staff (special thanks to Lisa and Paula) very peaceful ambience. Supporting a sustainable development on the island by educating local staff and using local suppliers if possible. The Island is still unspoiled end not very touristic but I fear that will change soon.

After busy Bangkok and Railay Beach we were ready for the quiet and relaxed small island feel of Koh Jum and the bungalows at Koh Jum lodge were perfect! We really liked this place and extended our stay to 5 nights after we got there. We had a charming ocean front bungalow which was next to the restaurant but we...

I already reviewed the Koh Jum Lodge in 2013 and although we loved the resort and the great restaurant we were not sure if we would ever come back to Koh Jum - The world is too big to return to the same place twice... But never say never again: We returned to the Lodge in November for a few...

To begin: Koh Jum is lovely. It is a lot more relaxed and laid back than the other Thai islands I've visited. There were a few hotels along a good beach, snorkelling on day trips or off the beach (not amazing but def ok to entertain you for a few hours), a small dive centre. You come here to relax...

Spent three nights in the sea front cabins, which are absolutely lovely. The grounds, scenary and decor is first class. The beach is also good. The restaurant is five-star in my opinion, and the lounge building is beautiful. However: The sea is not clear like for example on Phi Phi, and Koh Jum Lodge is very pricy compared to it´s...

I have visited Kho Jum Lodge twice with friends and we loved it all. Jean Michel and Thierry who run it with JM's wife are a class act. The rooms are clean and large with a functional bathroom. The hammocks on the veranda are a lovely place to watch the sun go down and enough a sundowner. They supply a...

We were looking for a very low key, laid back, family friendly beach holiday in Southern Thailand. Koh Jum as an island is lovely and our experience at the Lodge was exceptional. Initially we were hoping to stay at the Villas down the beach but the price was out of our budget due to the peak season. Read the reviews...

Returning after a seven year absence, we were delighted to see that Jean Michel and Thierry had retained the unique attributes that make this place so special and had added perceived luxuries/necessities of a safe deposit box and an overhead fan. The banda's/rooms are more than spacious, having sitting areas and hammocks for those not lying on the very comfortable...

We only stayed one night here but thought the huts were beautiful. Clean and quite spacious with very nice beds and mosquito netting. My only wish is it wasn't quite so dark inside (need better lighting) as it was not easy to see and the wood is dark as well, which makes it hard to see little visitors like the...
