Located on the outskirts of town with plenty of parking if you have your own vehicle. Reception staff friendly and helpful albeit little english but with my little Thai they were happy to arrange my taxis and tuk tuks.
My Standard double room was of a decent size. Enough hanging and storage space. Everything worked fine, good lighting but unfortunately no english channels on the television. Lack of western tourists I guess.
Buffet breakfast was included with my room although it is mainly aimed toward Asian food (eggs and hotdogs for me). No restaurant for lunch/dinner but there is a Thai restaurant diagonally across the road which is very popular with local people. I had dinner there both nights, meals slightly higher prices but the food is good.
Enjoyed my stay.

โรงแรมทันสมัยขนาดเล็กที่มีการจัดการอย่างดี
3 อันดับโรงแรมในเมืองร้อยเอ็ดด้านความสะอาดและการดูแลรักษา
A modern, excellent managed hotel with a friendly, welcoming staff. (I have stayed in five different 3+ star hotels in Roiet city and this is the best for cleanliness, basic comforts and reasonably priced. )
Soft beds, electric plug-ins next to the bed ( for charging phone), good Mitsubishi AC, clear TV reception, good WiFi, a small bathroom but nicely tiled with hot water. The basic breakfast with Isaan choices (cold eggs, hotdogs & toast for the “farangs”555) Plenty of secure, well lit parking. 1.5 km from Big C shopping mall.
Note: For an enjoyable dinner or cold craft beers, there is a trendy restaurant across the street called, “Leīy pāk Roi Et ร้านอาหารเลียปาก ร้อยเอ็ด “ It opens after 5:00pm. Higher prices than most restaurants but a special selection of steaks and seafood among other choices of meals and appetizers. Nice atmosphere with live music. Easy to walk to from hotel.

Nice stay in this clean and quiet hotel, just outside the city centre. 10 minute walk to restaurants&cafés on Rob Muang rd. Ample parkingspace in front. Basic and clean rooms with small terrace, good shower. Minibar at "normal’ prices (e.g. 40thb for a can of beer...) so you don't need to run to a 7/11 if you want a drink in your room😆. Small flatscreen tv. Breakfast is incl in the price. Good enough to keep you going till lunch: eggs&sausages, toast&jam or rice&veggie/pork. Considering the price this was a good deal!

The hotel looks nice from the outside and sits on a huge plot.
The bed is comfortable but the room lacks certain fairly basic equipment for a new hotel,i.e. Room safe, coffee and tea making set,a very small additional investment
There is no bar or coffe shop open all day only the break fast room which in case you are a foreigner serves a terrible breakfast
The mini bar is well stocked and very good value for money

Big rooms, but small bathroom. Furniture and fixings basic, but all works. Friendly cooperative staff.
Noise level from "The Drone" night club, behind the hotel, is high.
Short walk to Big-C mall (5min), with tuk-tuk stand. City center too far to walk, but a short tuk-tuk ride away.

I like that this hotel is on a main road but the traffic is not too heavy that you cannot walk along it. Big C is about 500 metres away which has many restaurants and a cinema. In the other direction is the main city centre park that is a very nice walk.
The hotel rooms are big, clean and very well appointed.
To me this is probably the best hotel in Roi et and I would happily stay here again next month when I return to the city

Chose to stay at the rice hotel after reading tripadvisers reviews and they were pretty much accurate, new hotel on the main kalasin rd slightly out of town, hotel lyes back from main road so no noise problems. I booked the standard double room 700 baht breakfast included room was a good size and comfortable and clean, nicely laid out and decourated, comfy bed, numerous tv channals mostly Thai, no bbc/cnn. Room telephone.
wifi.was super fast and no password needed. Staff were fine but limited english has is mostly the case in roi et, housekeeping excalant, breakfast was basic but ok, coffee machine, juices. Fully stocked fridge, wardrobe, dressing table,
Large car park at front, balcony, bathroom was fair size with instant hot water. Hotel was about 20 mins from airport. Outside of the hotel you would turn right and 5 mins walk to big c for shopping and restaurants and tuk tuks , and out the hotel and turn left for a straight 10 mins walk into town and the lake at the end of the road,. Couple of negatives, no safe in room or table and chairs on balcony but overall a pleasant stay if I was to return to roi et I would stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is nice and clean. I am very satisfy with the staff service. I love the uniqueness of Roi Et province which well integrated design to each type of room in hotel. The restaurant is simple and very small.

This hotel is set in large grounds so does not suffer from road noise. Being a new, modern hotel the place is fresh, light and airy. Modern TV and Wi-Fi. It's well located for the local shopping mall and night life.

Best hotel we have stayed at in Roi Et - we will be staying there the next time we visit. Great value, clean and friendly, organised and efficient. Rooms are big and the beds not too hard - great shower - great clean air-conditioner - quiet location but close to city centre - TV OK (bit small). Only negative was a lack of a kettle for making a cuppa - will bring our own next time. Recommended for foreigners - not the usual rock hard bed and the shower was in its own area - and not like most hotels in Isaan (next to toilet and in a very small room).
