Staff and service were excellent. Meals were good but not memorable. Lovely spacious rooms with great views from the decks. Highlights were the game drives with Katrin who could not have done more for us. The dining room and lounge area were a little dull and could do with better lighting and decor .

Spent our last few days in South Africa at Woodbury Lodge and it was the best end to our holiday. Our ranger Nikki was so knowledgeable. We could not fault anything from theaccommodation to the food. We saw so many animals roaming the area and the highlight were the baby cheetahs. We were so impressed we have already booked our...

A wonderful way to experience animals in the wild, but never the less accessible environment. The guides were excellent and the owner Richard Gush an available and engaging host. The accommodation, food and drink were appropriate and enjoyable. I would recommend without reservation.

Spent 2 days here at the end of a fortnight in S Africa - lovely room and decking overlooking the reserve. The game drives were a real highlight of our holiday - Jason's knowledge of, and respect for the animals was exemplary and we were fortunate to see the elephant herd, the lions, rhino and cheetah to name but a...

We were a family of 12 who stayed for 3 nights at the most fantastic lodge. The surroundings, personal, food was perfect. We had many amazing safariers and the guides were very good to explain so we learned a lot about the wild animals and about South Africa.

From the point of our arriving, we have been feeling at home. Everyone was so nice: From the welcome, the service to the game drives. You will get to know wonderful people, who will welcome you as a family member. Delicious food, perfect game, sweet lodges and nice talks and evenings between giraffes or around a fireplace!

We stayed 1 night in the tented camp and then 2 nights in the lodge. We did 6 game drives and each drive was unique in its own way. Lions, cheetahs, sundowner drinks with the giraffes, elephant herd passing the truck on both sides and many more. It's a private reserve and there was only 2 vehicles allowed at any...
