We stayed 1 night in the tented camp and then 2 nights in the lodge. We did 6 game drives and each drive was unique in its own way. Lions, cheetahs, sundowner drinks with the giraffes, elephant herd passing the truck on both sides and many more. It's a private reserve and there was only 2 vehicles allowed at any...

As South Africans that have experienced countless bush holidays we felt compelled to review this Lodge which is hugely over priced for the quality of the accommodation and the poor hospitality. On the positive side, the game ranger was good and the quantity and diversity of game was excellent. On the hospitality side, no welcome drink, our car stayed parked...

We spent our last days of our SA trip at this beautiful reserve. The stay was amazing, the staff is friendly the rooms are very comfortable clean and with amazing views over the reserve. Tim welcomed us and he and his staff made sure we were serviced with everything we desired and showed some really interesting insides about Africa and...

We spent 3 days here over New Year with our 2 teenage children and had an amazing time. The family chalet was comfortable with welcome air conditioning for the 37 degree heat. We had 2 fantastic game drives each day and saw all the animals on our wish list except the elusive leopard (not surprising) but also saw some unexpected...

We had an amazing honeymoon at Woodbury Lodge. From the minute we arrived the staff did everything to ensure we were comfortable. The room was very nice and comfortable. Each room feels very private and has its own balcony overlooking the reserve. You will be able to spot all kinds of animals from the safety and comfort of your private...

Very nice rooms/cabins and room service. Breakfast, meal and dinner with drinks included with above average level. Very good and informative safari trips in the morning and afternoon. We have seen all animals living there. Very obliging service and help at the office. We felt very comfortable there. The bumps on the access way from N2 could be a bit...

We spent 3 absolutly interesting, entertaining, educating days at Woodbury Lodge. Our ranger was very knowledgeable, thus we learned a lot. On the games he surprised us not only with "dangerous" animals but also with locations with stunning views while drinking a glas of wine. Back at the lodge we enjoyed delicious food. All in all fantastic!

We had an unforgettable time during our stay. The rangers were excellent and we got to see all the animals up close but not too close to disturb them. The food was great and we were well looked after. Any minor issues were resolved very quickly ie fitting in a last morning safari before being picked up to go to...

This was our first time in a private game reserve and we were not disappointed! There was lots of animals to be found and seen and they even did us a mini game drive for our little one. Food was very good and they also catered for our little one so whatever we requested they made. Nothing was too much...
