Just what everyone says. Wonderful place a real farm away from noise and everything. Only 10 minutes from looe but when your there your totally wa way for everything. My daughter who is 11 loved it never saw her she was free and safe to wander anywhere on the farm to the animals always on hand. And into the stable...

We stayed in Rosebud Cottage (dog friendly & large enough to accommodate a family of 5 plus grandparents. Great location - approx. 40min to Eden Project; Polperro a few miles away; pub even less (1mile walk). We went Mackerel fishing, horse riding, zipped down Skywire at Eden Project; The lost gardens of Heligan as well as mooch round Looe &...

We stayed at Polean Farm for a week in July. We chose a farm stay to entertain our boys (2 and 4 years old) incase of bad weather (having grown up in Cornwall I know from experience the weather will not always be good!). Our experience did not disappoint. We booked a lovely renovated barn house. It wasn't huge but...

Great time spent at the farm Clean cottage that catered for our lab puppy (5months) two adults and two kids (8 and 4) called the meal house. It had its own private garden and a great view of the footy play area for the boys to run around on. Each morning is animal feed and then tractor or pony ride...

We had a very enjoyable week's holiday here. The farm is very pretty and in a quiet country area. It's nicely set up for kids with outdoor and indoor play areas. Particularly nice is the owners allow you to walk freely around the farm so you can explore the farm and introduce your children to various animals including sheep, chickens,...

Stayed at Polean Farm in June for a weeks holiday and it certainly didn't disappoint. Location was fantastic at the end of a quiet country lane approx 2 miles from Looe and Polperro. We stayed in the Waggoners which is a 2 bed cottage with its only private garden backing on to the play area and games room. To the...

Have just returned from a 4 night visit and wished we had longer. Our 3 year old was in her element feeding animals in the morning and riding ponies or enjoying a tractor ride. Farmer Keith certainly has a new friend. Meal house was perfect for four of us and if you intend a visit you must try the home...

I booked Polean Farm because I wanted us to have a family holiday on a working farm. It certainly didn't disappoint. We stayed in Threpney Byre (the other larger cottages were all booked when we booked) which was smaller than we would have liked but given that all of us (my husband and I, our two daughters aged 4 and...

Lovely setting: our Mealhouse Cottage, the playground, morning animal feedings, horses and tractor/pony rides etc. mostly met our needs (including those of a very inquisitive toddler) very well. The site is still evolving with new building and facilities planned - it would be interesting to see it again in a year or two. Richard and Farmer Keith played their parts...

Polean is a wonderful farm and a great place to stay. We have stayed twice and both cottages we stayed in were lovely, especially 'Little Owls' which is very large. Every morning Farmer Keith takes all the children out to feed the animals. Keith definitely makes your stay one to remember. He is very friendly and really good with the...
