If you don't want to risk leaving a piece of your heart, don't go there, you will find Mrs. Franca waiting for you who, like a caring mother, will pamper you throughout your stay, her son will delight you with delicious dishes and all the air you breathe will convince you of you have made the right choice if you want to visit Sinis with an oasis of tranquility as your base. The rooms are large and functional, ours, a quadruple room, had two large French windows overlooking a well-kept garden like all the rooms in the structure which are each equipped with a dehor with table and chairs. Large wardrobe and large fridge, huge shower and very useful bathroom cabinet, daily cleaning and change of towels. For breakfast, fresh eggs, ham, cheese, maxi croissants, exquisite jams produced by Mrs. Franca, fruit juices, coffee and other hot drinks. At dinner we had the opportunity to taste expertly prepared fresh fish dishes and a divine suckling pig. The location is excellent for reaching beaches and places of interest. Is Arutas, 25 minutes away, is a dream. For any information on places to see, rely on Mrs. Franca's advice, you won't go wrong

Comfortable hotel, the rooms all on the ground floor arranged around the garden, can be reached by car. The garden is very well maintained and a beautiful swimming pool with Jacuzzi is available. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The owners friendly and helpful.

We moved to this hotel at short notice and were so glad we did. The pool was lovely and had a jacuzzi section and a large outdoor seating area. We had the pool to ourselves most of our stay. The rooms are - quirky - unusual decor but comfortable and good air con and a proper fridge which was great in the heatwave. It was disappointing that the restaurant was closed but the owners are hoping to have it up and running next year. They have a fabulous restaurant space and the breakfasts were just great. The owners very kindly collected take away meals from the town for us - they are probably the best feature of the hotel, they just want to do everything they can to help you and are very friendly. The location is great for access to the coast and one of the nicest beaches I have ever been to namely Is Arutas Also a short drive away there is an area with a large wild flamingo colony which was beautiful to see. If you want 5 star and mod cons, this is not for you, if you want a peaceful stay with great hosts and lovely pool and some great trip options nearby then I recommend it for you

Su Soi is a delightful experience despite the older age of the hotel and the limited lighting in our suite. Old Sardinia comes alive with the service and friendliness of Franca, Rafaele, and Anna. Very well kept and off a quiet road in the country, Su Soi is only minutes from Cabras and Oristano. It has a lovely sparking pool where Rafaele will bring your wine before dinner. The evening restaurant is now closed so one has to drive to eat in Cabras, but the owners know where to eat. Breakfast is highlighted by Franca’s daily homemade croissants and the freshest hottest coffee! Our bathroom was particularly nice, very good air conditioners ( ac is very iffy in Italy) and a good bed. The only suggestion we have for Franca and staff is an improvement in the wall and ceiling lights, or lamps in the units. It was very difficult to read indoors due to limited lighting. The rest was perfect!

Dreadful place No restaurant open, despite advertising one. No one around for ages when we first arrived to check us in. Litter everywhere Very noisy and not private People smoking next door to us,so it was coming in to our room. We checked out after 1 day but still had to pay for the whole 4nights.

Quite literally one of the worst customer service I experienced in a hotel and a very noisy swimming pool party at full swing until very late. I would have not cared, if I had not to wake up in the early morning. When asked for a refund or a compensation for such a bad experience the owner refused saying if was not her fault. When I sat down for breakfast I was served one of the worst scrambled eggs of my life and a burned double espresso. I was shocked. Quite frankly, I visited many places around the world, but this will be remembered as one of the worst in Italy. There are many hidden gems in Sardinia, with better service, nice breakfast and lovely location. This is not one of them.

Delightful small hotel with a large room and all comforts, very clean and with parking right in front of the room door, which was enormously convenient and appreciated. Wonderful welcome in an oasis of peace and relaxation. The swimming pool and the well-kept garden are adorable. Compliments for the truly exceptional breakfast with local products and homemade cakes. Excellent location for visiting the wonderful beaches of Sinis. We will definitely return because it is a jewel and where you feel at ease, like at home.

We were guests at a wedding in a Su Soi. Even though the place itself is amazing the staff including the owner almost seemed not interested in selling their products. Not only the service was very slow during the day, but when asked to purchase a bottle of champagne for the bride and groom I had to speak to 3 different people. Once I had the right person, the maître of the hotel more issues came up. First of all the maître didn't even know what kind of champagne/sparkling wine they had, which I found bizarre considering he should settle an example of customer service to his staff, also while helping me he told of other waiters in front of me which I found very disrespectful. Finally I chose the bottle (the only one available), happy with the price, they didn't have change for me because they didn't have the key of the cashier, including the owner (obviously paying with cards is not available). I had to ask other guests to exchange notes for me otherwise they wouldn't be able to find my change. I actually felt like I was begging them to take my money and to sell me the bottle! Why does it have to be so hard to order something? I know we are in Italy and everybody takes it easy, but hey! Do you want to sell and make money?! Pity, such a beautiful place, if only they took care of it and hired more qualified people, it could potentially be the best location for holidays and weddings in the Oristano area. Don't expect an amazing service.

We stayed here for 4 nights for a wedding. The main reason for choosing this place was because the wedding reception was being held here and we needed to leave for the airport early the following morning. It is out of the main town so you really need a car. There are about 10 rooms. It is run by a family who are very friendly. The room is in need of updating, but it served the purpose we needed. Shower in the bathroom was terrible and small. The pool area is nice. Breakfast is average, but no European breakfast is good. Parking was easy, right out the front of the room and wifi was free.

This hotel surpassed our expectations in terms of service and food. The good sized rooms are clean and very comfortable, all with their own terrace. In hot weather, you can relax in the large swimming pool situated between the rooms and the main building. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and always available. But their biggest asset is the kitchen. Huge portions of delicious food keeps coming out the kitchen door until you're ready to burst (and then some). The owner Franca was the nicest person ever, she even bought us a wedding cake as we were there on our honeymoon. I highly recommend this hotel if you visit this earea of Sardinia (it's even worth a detour :) )
