We stayed here one night and decided to move on due to construction works being carried out on the premises.
The Manager was upfront about the works and said we could leave any time.
Having said that we liked Seaside Huts a lot. Nice room with comfy bed with mozzie net, good shower outside and well functioning AC.
Pool is small and reasonably cool with a few recliners and 1 beach umbrella which has seen better days.
The outlook is pleasing ss you can see out across the water to Mt. Agung but no beach here, just large flat rocks and seaweed. For surfers there is a nice long break out about 70 meters from shore but it did not look big.
The restaurant only serves breakfast and is included in the room cost. The choices on the menu were very good with a mix of Indo and Western options.
The Motel is quite of the beaten track and hard to find. It is a 20 minute walk to Mushroom bay.
If you don't mind the sound of construction works then this a very good place to stay. They are building more bungalows so it should be even more appealing in the future.
Cheers, Zac.

We stayed for 3 nights in January 2020 in a seaview room and would have stayed more but there was no space to extend. We had booked a garden view room but one look at that seafront and we could not resist the view and luckily a hut was free... The staff were discrete but helpful. The huts are close together so you need good neighbours but we were lucky...The place is an easy walk of a few minutes to the Tamarind dive shop so perfect for divers. Breakfast was great - would prefer no plastic straws or water bottles but that is the only negative....

Fantastic place to stay. Owned by the Locals. They are a lovely and helpful family who gave unreal recommendations for food, tours and transport.
The location is beautiful. Our room overlooks the Ocean. You can hear the water while you relax. Top spot. We will come again. They have a free pick up and back home from about 10 different restaurants. Staff are brilliant as usual the pool

My family and I stayed at Seaside Huts and it was just an average experience. I actually tried to write this review on booking.com but somehow I am blocked from writing a review on this property and I’m unsure why. But I’m feeling like it may be the reason for their ample 5 star reviews and minimal low reviews. While the view was nice, and the pools were clean that’s about my only positive about Seaside huts. I wouldn’t say our experience was bad, but it was not what we were expecting and we left kinda bummed out that we pre-booked 5 days here. The owner was less than friendly to us, I’m not sure if he just didn’t like us, based on our pre-arrival communication or what the deal was. I had asked if they could provide us with a baby cot, and he said sure…for an additional charge of 300k rupiah per night, when I did my research I found a company who would deliver one to the hotel for only 400k for 5 nights. I felt like from the get go he was just trying to make a dollar off of us. I booked the ferry from Sanur through him which was the D’Camel Fast Ferry & that wasn’t a great experience either. The local warung was closed for 10 days while we were there, which was a bummer (but not their fault) and unfortunately the restaurant on property did not offer any food services past breakfast (which I would rate 1/10) So we were stuck getting transport by local companies who did transport to and from their restaurants (Sandy Bay and Lemongrass were our favorite) and we did book that though the owner which was our saving grace for this trip as we will not ride motor bikes with our kids. The rooms were fairly clean, not exceptionally clean by any means. I did have to look under the bed for my baby’s toy & saw a looooot of dust bunnies + the mosquito net was so stained that when you laid on the bed and looked up you couldn’t help but notice it. The bathroom was fairly moldy, but it is an outside bathroom so that’s fine I suppose?! Overall, this location is not ideal, unless you have a motor bike or are willing to hang out and not eat much for a few a days. I definitely wouldn’t book this property again and wouldn’t recommend it to friends.

We took sea side hut and were given hut 1 of which the view is blocked so take hut 2 or 3. The room is good and well air conditioned. Wifi is sometimes slow.
Good value for money as one can view mt. agung on a clear mornings. The pool is well maintained. The breakfast menu is limited but filling. As I am a vegetarian I had nasi goreng and the cook customized it as per my request.Beer and drinks are available in nearby mart at a cheaper rate. Please bring toothpaste and other toiletries.
The owner is really friendly but sometimes the staff was rude when he was not around. For example when we requested the staff to give us either hut 2 or 3 as I wanted to sit and paint from my balcony, the staff guy asked us to just sit near the pool and do it and gave us the option to cancel our booking that very moment. It was shocking and as we were there only for 2 days we decided not to comment much and were a bit taken aback as he asked us to pay while check -in . This was odd.
It is better to pay in cash as they take some extra percentage via card payment. Also for water activities we preferred Newbros than their offerings .
However overall it is a good place to stay with good rooms and facilities

This is the story of a really small hotel that offers great value of money with a stunning view of the Lembogan seaside.

Typical Balineese huts that offers a great outdor bathroom, a nice room to sleep in with a fridge and a small balcony to overlook the sea.

Offers a small swimingpool and six sunbeds.

This little place offers a quite simple but tasty breakfast, a few dishes to choose from, but enough to get you a start of the day.

So why is this hotel so exellent? Because of the staff. They are so caring, so present, and you can really feel that they want you to have the best stay while beeing at their place. They really know what hospitality and service is all about. In my opinion, this is hospitality at it`s best. It always starts with service and ends with service. All inbetween that matter is also taken care of. Cleaniness, a room with a bed to sleep in, and some food.

This is probably the best value for money ever. I have stayed in many luxurious resorts in my time travelling, but when it comes to service, this is the way to do it.

Thank you so much for your hospitality, you rock the island.

I read many reviews of many places well before and leading up to my visit to Nusa Lembongan and this place kept ticking the boxes for me. Even after arriving, it was exactly what I wanted - clean, quiet, comfortable and yes the staff are excellent. The menu is not extensive but the quality of the food you get is wonderful. I was more than happy to eat here for dinner. Some reviews said they don’t do lunch but after my 2 pm arrival I was able to order some lunch. Some reviews said a kettle in the room would be good but I just asked the front desk for some boiled water each evening and they were more than happy to oblige.
The room was awesome. As I was travelling solo safety and comfort were important. Seaside Huts delivers both these. As my job is quite hectic, peace and quiet were important as well. This is the perfect place for serenity. The staff were helpful and delivered with any request and even with booking snorkelling trips. They even took me to dream Beach one afternoon and showed me a shortcut to sandy bay. I would most definitely return to Seaside purely for the level of service, cleanliness, security and comfort they deliver.
Being seaside made this trip perfect. Even though the beach is not your white sandy beach most expect (rocks and coral) 50m to the right you will find sand. Great little restaurant/tamarind dive centre 50m right as well.

I have had a few stays here at Seaside Huts but this was my first for my daughter with me..she lives in Europe this was quite an experience for her and she absoloutly loved it as much as i do.
Komang and Putu looked after us so well.
Seaside Huts is the place to relax and do nothing but enjoy.
The Huts are keep spotless such a pleasure to stay here.
The stunning views from the huts...priceless.
The amazing sunsets a dream.
3 excellent restaurants close by offer free pick up and drop off service to and from Seaside Huts just let Komang or Putu know they will arrange it all for you.
I look forward to my next visit in September so excited already.
Thankyou Komang and Putu for another fabulous holiday at Seaside Huts😊

Hi, is there any beach here or does it have a stone wall then the water ? Can you snorkel here too please ?
Answer from Lenere A

Tide comes up to the wall, at low tide it is rock. We went from here on a snorkelling trip. They collected and returned us and we snorkelled at three different spots. The hosts here were great. Organised rides for us to go to dinner and we hired scooters so we could explore the island.
