Cannot recommend this place enough! Such a AMAZING location, fantastic deep pool, great view of gorgeous Sunsets. FANTASTIC staff and owners that are all so friendly and helpful. We really felt part of the family. The room was awesome, the bed has to be the biggest we've seen and so comfortable! Fridge is freezing cold perfect for keeping a few Bintangs in, hot shower and tv all add up to a relaxing, gorgeous location surrounded by fabulous people. Cannot recommend enough, we will be back and often! Thankyou Ketut, Mrs Ketut and Wayan and all your lovely staff ladies :)

After reading reviews I was expecting a better experience and booked four nights here. Beachside the bungalows are in a great spot, but road side there is a reasonable walk down a sandy lane, hard with a suitcase. Rooms are fine, except mine had a strong mouldy smell. Staff are lovely, pool perfect and lots of restaurants close by. Our room service was poor. Bed was made daily but cups, glasses were not cleaned or replaced, neither was tea and coffee sachets. Oddly the top sheet was folded on top of the bed. Aircon and fridge were great. Wifi was woefully slow. Pretty garden setting We booked two rooms at $125 a night each, no breakfast included or available, which was fine, but service can definitely improve.

An accommodation located right by the sea, if you are in the pool, the turquoise sea is what you have a view of. The rooms are good and clean and fresh. Housekeeping every day. The people who work there are wonderful. In the room there is free access of drinking water cold and hot. This family-run establishment is a perfect getaway. The bungalows are ornately decorated in true Balinese style with wooden features. The pool is perfectly perched overlooking the beach and the seaweed beds, and you are perfectly positioned on the sun-loungers or on the cute swing for sunset. The staff are polite and will try to help you with any requests. They ordered in beers for our small group and we were lucky enough to have the ground floor room with terrace on to the pool. It is quiet enough to enjoy the tranquility, but also well positioned to enjoy the neighbouring beach clubs and grilled seafood at the beach warungs. The rooms were basic, but clean and as there are not too many guests, the accommodation feels exclusive and you are guaranteed a sun bed. No restaurant on site, but you are spoiled for choice with the location.

Fantastic and beautiful family owned set of bungalows right in the centre of the beach. Bungalows are spacious with lavish decor and freezing air con. No restaurant at the front; just a fridge with cold beer; so it is quiet and friendly with a pool right on the beach. Lots of restaurants close by. Great value and Wayan and his staff will organise transfers and anything else you want. We will stay there again.

From booking till leaving it was a great experience . Wayan was very helpful and responsive booking our boats and transfers . Hotel is lovely right on the beach with amazing views . Great value for the price . Rooms were typical indo rooms . Traditional feel . The family and staff are all great . Pool views over the beach to watch the sunset was the best part . Close to all good restaurants.

Perfectly located on beach front friendly and lovely place. The bungalows did have people on floor above us which was a little noisy but the villa was lovely and spacious. The bar at the front offers only a few options. But cheap and did us. Have to go out a few hundred yards. To find all the food you want from everywhere. It’s proper Bali and much more rustic than the busy mainland. The traffic!!!! But the beach. The water taxis. The transfers are very reasonable. Beach bars. Shopping. Good food. It’s amazing.

Amazing place to stay right on the beach! All the staff was so lovely and helpful! The pictured do not do this place justice for how beautiful it is. We LOVED our stay! The beds were so comfortable, room was spotless. Pool was lovely and clean and refreshing after a day of travelling around the island. We hope to come back and stay here for when we come to Nusa Lembongan again and would 100% recommend to all our friends.

My wife and I stayed for 1 week here and found the staff at ketuts to be great... However the guy who runs the travel business from star 2000 bungalows made our stay a little less pleasant as he was such a creepy, pushy bugger!!! He would basically hound whoever was new at either place and basically just make you feel really uncomfortable! We did (STUPIDLY!!!) organise a boat to kusamba through this guy thinking...oh its only a boat, surely it cant be that hard to stuff up!!! ha...wrong! He crammed 10 of us and a 1 year old little girl onto a local sail boat and pretty much laughed at us all as we were sailing out into the strait! I really hope somebody fixes this guy up as he is a horrible guy!
