Seafront hotel, good location but bad for swimming Villas are big rooms with patio - fan in patio never worked, AC and toilet flush was repaired immediately; beds are super hard, like an isomat laid on euro pallets, noisy there Close to road. Sandy beach is nice, sea entry then a bit tedious because of all the anchored messenger and rocky transition - strong tides, at low tide the sea is a few hundred meters further away. Breakfast super reduced if incl., you want bread to the egg: paid; do you want a second coffee: paid, a little unnecessary. Restaurant / Dinner: we ate once in the hotel: Food good, but the crew was either completely overwhelmed or driven by a classic Monfoutisme - Resto filled to 1/3 and on demand after 90min it worked. therefore the next evenings elsewhere. Pros: Not many but enough loungers and the guests always vacate them, so no tuechli run in the morning and at any time of the day a place was still available.

I have to say I was slightly hesitant to book based on very mixed reviews of this hotel, but I'm pleased to say I needn't have worried! It was my absolute favourite property of the whole Bali trip - it's absolutely stunning, the beach front location for gorgeous sunset, lovely food, very attentive staff, gorgeous villas and perfectly positioned just off a high street with many other cafes, bars, restaurants to try whilst on your trip! Yes - the menu is on a pricier side, but it is to be expected from a high end property - and there is plenty of other options nearby if you don't want to spend every night at the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel, and hoping I will be able to come back again! Loved it, and wouldn't have faulted anything!

We went to watch the sunset on the deckchairs drinking a homemade cold tea, delicious and awesome setting! (Attention, deckchairs normally reserved for hotel guests only, but we were able to put ourselves as there was space and we consumed something).
We then moved inside for supper. The dishes were delicious! But a little small... Prices are relatively expensive compared to nearby restaurants.

We had to move pretty much straight away. We got there and upon first impression, the location is great and the design is nice. The food in the restaurant was nice the first night too.
When we got back to our room after dinner and settled in we found mould behind the cushions, extreme lime scale on all the fixtures in both bathrooms, floor felt dirty, under the beds was filthy, kitchen was rusty, one of the cupboards had what looked to be termites from the holes in the wood, paint was peeling, floorboards on the patio had splinters coming up.
I’m sure this place was exceptional when it was first built but is now in a state of disrepair. The beds were also hard and uncomfortable. I asked for an extra set of sheets to make up a spare bed so I didn’t have to share with my sister and was told they have no spares too, which I thought was quite unprofessional.
We are not particularly unreasonable but for the price we paid we expect a clean room at minimum, and I can still happpily stay at a place with one or two little things, but when a place is mouldy and clearly unfit for humans to stay then we felt the only other option was to find a different place to stay.
Thankfully the hotel did the right thing and fully refunded us, and said they’re going to make repairs, but for now I think other people should be aware

We had 2 bedroom villa. We had no hot water in our bathrooms in the villa. After advising reception 3 times and they kept trying to tell us it was fixed when it clearly wasn't. We then had to ask for the manager, (Fanny)who offered us 30% discount. This is a very expensive resort compared to other resorts on the island but we wanted something special, how disappointed we were. They had no alternative accommodation for us. They offered us to use the day spa shower but then proceeded to tell us the showers in the spa had no hot water but we could have a bath. We said 30% was insufficient and finally agreed on 50%. They moved us into another 2 bedroom villa after they had a last minute cancellation, we held out hopes for enjoying our last 2 nights but unfortunately this villa also had issues. We had to defrost the freezers in both villas as you couldn't even get your hand inside. We had to empty the pool skimmer basket on both pools. Wanted to love this place, the location is great, staff lovely and day spa nice but I would have to say AVOID!!!! Looking back at other reviews there was a problem with the hot water in the 2 bedroom villa back in June so they should never have let us stay.

Such a lovely hotel with your own private garden area Large room and great shower area. Clean and comfortable Location is great as it’s right next to a beach. The sea was really choppy but quietened down later in day Lots of rocks at beginning of sea so best to wear protective shoes The only let down was the breakfast It really was not good so I cancelled the breakfast and ate elsewhere You can hire bikes cheaply to get around the island or visit other areas and lembonkan is an idyllic location to stay

We went there for having breakfast and unfortunately it was a big disappointment. We had to wait 20 minutes for receiving just the menu and I had to stand up myself and ask for it to the waitress as no one was paying attention to the tables. We wait another 35 minutes for the food when we only order two simple dishes as breakfast. Food completely overprice and French tartine is a kind of joke... Unfortunatly I cannot recommend this place for eating due to the slow service and overpriced food. Such a pitty as the location and decoration is great.

Fantastic location, right on the beach, a number of beds reserved just for residents which was a nice touch. The rooms were clean, spacious had a private garden. Breakfast wasn’t included but we ate there once and it was decent. The only negative (which is personal preference) is that the room had a very strong scent. The hotel asked housekeeping not to use the spray again but it was still evident in the room.

We stayed here as a couple in June 2021. The managers were very responsive to our emails when making reservations, and made the boat transfer reservations for us as well.
We had a one-bedroom unit, which also includes an outdoor (but enclosed) patio area. The A/C was great for this westerner and the mini-fridge worked great as well. We traveled with another family who opted for a 2-bedroom villa that included a private pool and kitchen, and it was also really nice.
The highlight though is the staff. They were all extremely nice, accommodating, and friendly. The chef even cooked breakfast for us a bit early one morning so we could eat before catching our boat back to Bali.
We ate here for almost every meal, because it was so good. We tried a few other places (most restaurants are still closed due to COVID), but honestly just kept coming back because the food was great, and you can't beat the sunset view on the beach.
Beds weren't luxury, but we weren't expecting that.
We will definitely stay here again when we return.

Beautiful boutique hotel on the main beach stretch of Nusa Lembongan - easy to walk to other restaurants, bars, yoga. The French inspired beach front restaurant was lovely and they set a great ambience with the music. We stayed in a garden view villa which was perfect for us. There is a beautiful pool and spa. The staff was wonderful and helpful in arranging excursions to nearby activities. We would absolutely return for another laid back beach stay.
