We stayed here for a few days before and after New Years. Great hotel in a nice location a little walk away from the town but still very close. The rooms are big and well fitted out, with nice bathrooms and great showers. We had a beautiful view out onto the ocean and pool from our balcony. The restaurant has a great buffet breakfast and the menu for other food is very good too, and all the meals we had here were very nice. You can walk into the town on the beach and on a road, where there are more restaurants and bars.
We were due to visit last week, however, due to the travel ban we requested to change our dates. Our email was completely ignored. Very disappointed and won’t be rebooking for our next trip. Very poor customer service.
A few pros and cons at this place however i think we would prefer to stay else where. the resort is well laid out and does have great appeal to it however it is a fair way from other restaurants and locations. the breakfast is good and a great selection. on arrival we were placed in a room on the top floor after requesting a ground level room as my wife has difficulties ascending stair.i went and spoke to reception and they were very helpful in offering a villa which i was prepared to pay the difference for which they gave as a free upgrade. they still required the cleaner to finish the room so we could use it, please stay in the room you are in and we will come and collect you when it is ready in about 15 mins. over an hour later i went and ask if our room was ready yet, they said yes and were embarrassed as they had forgotten to come and get us. in our new room and we wanted a shower, room staff had forgotten to leave any towels at all. we decided to go for a swim once to day users of the beach club had left, 2 hours later there was still dirty glasses and plates in this area from previous guests, the pool towels were thread bare and stained. and the pool was so hot due to being in full sun all day. day 2 we decided to sit out on the nice beach that had a great view of Mt Agung and wanted a drink, there were 4 staff in the Bar area all standing around talking. after a while i went over to them and ask for a drink, they were fast to offer a menu then i had to sign at the cashier and my drinks were delivered to me, i would have thought at a 4 star resort there would have been drink service at the lounges in this area. then there was the air conditioning, 1st night it was ineffective so we put the mattress on the floor in front of it to get some benefit. maintenance came to check it as i requested the next day and yes it was working fine when the temperature gun was pointed at it, 16 degrees on the element, i then ask the electrician to point it at the bed and it read 31 degrees (airconditioner is too small for the room) they did supply a pedestal fan which did enable us not to sleep on the floor again. for a 4 star resort there were too many cons for us to say we would return and i feel that management needs to have a good look at all areas of this place as far as quality of service for the price they are asking per night for a room. this was supposed to be my present for my 50th birthday from my wife as we normally stay in cheaper accommodation on holidays i honestly wish we had stayed in said cheaper this time as i did not enjoy my stay here.…
It would nearly take too long to say what we liked! The location was perfect, The view was spectacular... just like you’d stepped out of a movie scene. The resort was gorgeous, very picturesque and clean. The staff were so accommodating and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We loved Nusa Lembongan and are already looking forward to returning.
Stayed over with my friends and yes Mahagiri has the biggest beach club in Lembongan! The white sand and blue ocean- oh I’m speechless! They even have two different main pool. I am sure you definitely would enjoy your holiday in here
