The hotel is central located in Brussels and easy reachable by public transport. The reception work fast and is very helpfull. Room is large and well organised. Bathroom is fully equiped. Breakfast is honest.

Conveniently located next to the Louise metro station and several bus lines, is quite near to the city center and the European Quartier. The internet connection throughout the hotel was really fast.
Room was clean but nothing special.

The staff was friendly and a felt welcome at check in. The price and location was just right. If I go back I for sure will return here. I checked late and they offered a late check out with no additional cost.

The location is very good (near a metro station and lot of groceries shops and restaurants) but the wifi is really bad and the the room and the dishes were not totally clean. The people working at the reception were very kind and helpfull.
