We stayed in Brussels for two nights only en route to France. I wished we stayed longer! Brussels and Bruges were better than we expected but the hotel was the icing on the cake. It was spacious for European standards, clean and modern. Beds were comfortable and loved that we can pick the pillow that suits us. I was not...

Stayed a weekend in April 11. Greatly impressed by (a) the receptionist had actually read our email booking request for early room access and very kindly allowed us into the room on arrival at 0930 am. Realise this is a function of room availability but was an excellent start after a 30hr journey. (b) excellent room - we booked the...

This is a very basic hotel, with friendly staff. The rooms were ok, but the soundproofing of the building was poor and the street outside surpisnigly noisy for a small street. The wifi was free in the lobby but chargeable in the room. Very good area for shopping and dining. Convennient to subway to get in to the town center.

We had two rooms for three nights. Hotel is in a good location, rooms are clean and not tiny. Bathrooms are fine. Not sure you can beat the price, but I would recommend trying. Seems like this is a business hotel that lures you in with a low price and then nickel and dimes you from then on. Luckily we...

It's a good location, just a few minutes' walk from Louise station on Metro Line 2: if coming from Bruxelles-Midi train station, take Simonis (Elisabeth). The hotel has a couple grocery stores nearby, and there are several pedestrianized streets featuring restaurants nearby as well. From the hotel, the Palace of Justice is a short walk across Waterloo Blvd. The Hal...

Middle in the centre of Brussels, nice (bath) room! Looks very new. Breakfast: wide selection of products. Beds are a bit too firm and you have pay for WiFi.

My girlfriend and I arrived at the hotel greeted by a friendly receptionist and was given a room on the second floor (6 floors in total). We usually prefer top floor rooms as it tends to be quieter away from the street level, but we figured that a 4 star hotel in a developed city like Brussels would have good...

Very happy with this hotel and if the rest of the chain is like this one, they'll be a good choice for other cities. Room was very large and comfortable. Every bit as good as a 5 star. Easy access to local shops for water, beer etc. Also only 1.5 blocks from one of the best dining streets in Brussels...

For the money, this was a great experience. The room was quiet, spacious (by European standards), modern, and impeccably clean. The location was desirable...close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. However, if you are looking to stay or be near to La Grand Place, this probably isn't the hotel for you.
