Have often stayed at this reliable chain of hotels in Spain and now tried for the first time in Belgium. Flawless modern accommodation, comfortable bed. Quiet room, no noise from street, the elevators, or neighbours, only the cleaner vacuuming the corridor was a short term interference. Effective air conditioning, good bathroom with thick towels and good toiletries. Efficient valet (same...

We stayed at the Stephanie on three occasions during 2010-11 while visiting our son who was working in the city for 12 months. Location is good, particularly for those using public transport. We found the reception staff pleasant and helpful, though it helps to speak and understand a little French - and why not? Brussels is a French-speaking city after...

My wife and I recently stayed at NH Stephanie in Brussels. Many good things to say: - Location is wonderful, away from the maddening crowd but close enough to the center city to walk (maybe 20 minutes) or take the metro. The Louise station is 5 minutes walk from the hotel (we purchased a 10 ticket pass at the airport...

After reading some of the negative reviews on here I was a little apprehensive prior to our arrival, I had no need to worry... This is a great hotel, we arrived at 10:30am & after being up since 04:30 to catch the Eurostar & we were hoping we could check in early.. we were so lucky as we were able...

Unfortunately for me, I had to go to Brussels when all the hotels were booked or horribly expensive. So I ended up at the NH. Not a bad location around the corner from Avenue Louise, and I've once been at a stunning NH in Sotogrande. Now, for this one, if you come by car.. finding the parking is a challenge....

I recommend a weekend stay here because they run quite cheap rates by Brussels standards on weekends (we got around 85/room with breakfast). The location is a bit non-descript, but very near to the shopping area of Avenue Louise. And you get to cross entire roads being taken by the chairs of the cafes on the street leading to the...

My sister and I stayed here for 2 nights, and we had a lovely stay. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The decor in the room was modern and charming, loved the shower. Very clean and had huge sliding glass doors that were nice to open up at night. The breakfast in the morning was delicious....

This 4* hotel is situated in one of the sides streets. We chose this hotel because it has a 4* rating and it was 78 euros per night per room without breakfast. We had rooms 407 twin beds and 408 queen-sized doublebeds, connecting rooms. We loved the rooms because it was spacious, there were the usual tea/coffee/kettle/mini fridge and in...
