The hotel is very close to tram stop "Heros" and in 20 minutes u can be at grand place. Just pick up tram No 4, direction Gare du Nord (note that after 20:00 tram No 4 stops and u can pick up tram No 33, direction Bordet Station). You can find some restaurants close to the hotel , but generally...

First impression was: oh, what staff? :-( Receptionist was not really happy to see there is another guest coming. Just some polite phrases, talking to her colleague who was trying to kill a fly with his shoe .... No interest. My room was small, couldn´t move in with my luggage. Bathroom was small as well, very basic. Really good impression...

I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference on the premises, and I should say that it is the first time I've stayed in a Best Western after 40 years of travel. It might also be the last. The hotel is in a laconic neighborhood pretty far south from the center of Brussels. No easy airport transportation other than...

The rooms were not impressive. I had two different rooms, the first was pretty bad and cost about 120euro, the second was more like a "suite" and had a small sitting room and attached bedroom as well as a balcony. It also had a refrigerator which contained the remains of a previous guest's Chinese take-out. Still this room was better...

I guess the hotel was cheap so you shouldn't expect much but I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I was staying in a non smoking room which had an ash tray in it and a very strong smell of smoke.at night the noise from other guests, the elevator, and outside street made it difficult to sleep. The breakfast was...

Just returned from Best Western County. Nice little hotel overall. The rooms are very basic with no fridge, minibar or tea and coffee making facilities and the bathroom is small. However all very clean and fine for a few days stay. The rooms have balconies but they are not sectioned off per room, so not too much privacy. The Restaurant...

I stayed at this hotel for a week-long business seminar and ended up having one of the most sleep deprived stays of my life. On the face of it this hotel should not be so bad; the staff are courteous and polite, and the restaurant is of a very good standard. Free wi-fi internet access is provided, and the quiet...

The rooms are a bit basic but they are clean and comfortable. We found the staff to be very friendly when anything was needed and discrete and unobtrusive otherwise. The location is good too, Uccle has many shops and restaurants locally (Le Parvis and O Petit Suisse are recommended). It is much more tranquil than staying in the centre but...

This was only the third Best Western I have stayed in, the first was lovely, the second was poor and this one followed the theme of the latter. When I arrived my reception by the front desk was OK at best, and once in my room I thought I had gone back to 1976 when this place was built, The...

I stayed in this hotel for business. It was so-so. Most of the staff was friendly. I was unsure if the unfriendliness I encountered was a cultural difference or not. The hotel does not have air conditioning and I got VERY hot on the top floor. The front desk's advice was to sleep with the terrace door open. I wasn't...
