Katherine greeted us with warm homemade strawberry swirls and mugs of tea-I knew we'd made the right choice! After a good nights sleep, we were presented with a delicious breakfast including eggs from the 7 hens who were running free in the garden...I even purchased half a dozen eggs to take home! Boundary Farm is well situated for exploring Suffolk-we'll...

The farmhouse is situated in lovely open countryside, with far reaching views. We stayed there towards the end of January and the garden and fields glistened with white frost in the winter sunshine. Everywhere looked beautiful. It may have been cold outside but the welcome we received was extremely warm and friendly. On arrival we were greeted with a pot...

The hospitality at Boundary Farm is second to none. We were greeted by the owner with tea/coffee and homemade flapjack/cake served by the fireside. Our double room (room 2) was a lovely character room with ensuite shower. We both had a great nights sleep, the electric underblanket was a pleasant surprise on a chilly Autumn night. The farm is incredibly...

We were told the house is about 300 years old and it has interesting large old fashioned fireplaces. The decor seemed perfect to me - country farmhouse look with many old items and attractive paintings. The owner was...

Wonderful location very welcoming homely atmosphere, our large bedroom had lovely views over the surrounding farmland. Katherine and Gerry could not have been better hosts. Thanks again, John and Chrissie.

This was our second stay here, and as last year, we stayed overnight during a weekend cycle tour of the area. This time with 3 other couples, so occupied all rooms. We received a warm welcome from Katherine and Gerry - and the lovely lady who helped serve breakfast. Another comfortable stay, and both the tea and cake in the...

Comfortable, cosy and very welcoming. Lovely breakfasts. Good local knowledge. A quiet peaceful location but easy to find. In easy reach of the coast, nature reserves and Framlingham with its castle and church. Several good pubs in the area. We thoroughly recommend Boundary Farm and are planning a return visit.

Thank Paul M
