A picturesque oasis of calm. I stayed after attending a wedding in the area. It was a treat to return to Boundary Farm B&B after a long day of celebrating! My room was beautifully appointed with thoughtful touches aplenty. I loved the dual aspect windows offering wonderful views across the surrounding countryside. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. Breakfast was delicious and served in homely surroundings. Thank you to Katherine who helpfully accommodated my need to check in at a specific time and who was kind and welcoming without being intrusive. I would highly recommend Boundary Farm B&B and hope to return someday.
We spent two very relaxing nights at Boundary Farm B&B as a base for visiting Framlingham Castle and Aldeburgh. We stayed in a room overlooking to garden pond. This is a rural, spacious, cosy, clean and friendly house with good traditional breakfasts and a warm welcome. We will be happy to stay here again when visiting Suffolk.
A group of 4 of us stayed for a long weekend here on a charity bike ride and it was a great place to base ourselves to enjoy the countryside, local villages, Framlingham and enjoy cycling around. We were welcomed with a full Cram Tea with all the trimmings. The breakfast was second to none and set us up for the day and the girls enjoyed visiting Framilingham with it;s castle and market. If the weather had been better on the Sunday we would have gone to the coast, which we were told was very beautiful. Thoroughly recommend Boundary Farmhouse for a bit of R&R and a base to explore the area.
Lovely welcome and ever helpful host afternoon tea and homemade flapjack on arrival Clean crisp bed linen and towels nice shower and toiletries tea and coffee making in room, with fresh milk provided Nicely laid out breaksaft table with cereal, fresh fruit and yoghurt, and the full works cooked selection very quiet location, not too far from the hustle and bustle (!) of Framlingham
My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend break. Boundary farm is a beautiful traditional country cottage in pretty rural surroundings. Our room was beautifully furnished and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Katherine was the perfect hostess welcoming us with hot cups of tea and cooking up the best full English we’ve had for a long time! Boundary farm is a well placed base for exploring nearby Woodbridge, Aldeburgh, Thorpeness and Snape Maltings. We recommend a guided tour of the burial mounds at Sutton Hoo and fish and chips from Aldeburgh fish and chip shop!
