We always stay in budget branded hotels when we travel but this was the only hotel near where we needed to be.

Went with friends for their birthdays. From start to finish their customer service was diabolical. No reserved table with booking, no one to seat us on arrival. A 20 minute wait for just our drinks order to be taken and a good 10 minute further...More

Visited with friends for a long weekend..the place had it all.. Attentive and friendly staff.. Fantastic food.. Great location.. Nice ambience.. Place of choice if you want to visit Mr sheeran's home town and a bit of castle on the hill!
