Holiday under the Queensland sun at Landsborough Holiday Park, whose tropical grounds are right next door to the famous Sunshine Coast visitor attraction, Australia Zoo. Its leafy location does well to set the tropical holiday pace, as you choose between checking into villa or cabin style accommodation, caravan or camping sites dotted spaciously across this nine-acre property. With the beaches of the Sunshine Coast a short, 15 minute drive from the park’s doorstep and the rolling green hills of the hinterland, 15 minutes away, chances are you’ll experience both the green and the gold this destination is famous for during your stay. Whether you’re travelling as a large family or group of friends, or looking for a cosy escape as a couple, you’ll find cabins and villas to suit any sleeping configuration. When you’re not exploring the Sunshine Coast and its surrounds, relax at the onsite dam, watch the abundant native wildlife or enjoy a dip in the resort-style pool.

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Stayed for 2 nights on a caravan site for an event in the area. All powered sites seem to have a flat double slab that houses both your van & the annex. Camp kitchen, BBQ area and toilet/showers are very clean and well maintained. Be aware the private property next door has roosters which started crowing at 3:30am. The following is not a criticism of the park but a reminder to my fellow caravaners. Please be aware of the noise you create at night. Slamming doors, TV’s blaring at 2am in the morning (personal experience) are not fair to your fellow caravaners where walls are thin and you are all in close proximity to each other. Would recommend if your in the area.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in October. We stayed in the Possums 1 bedroom villa for 2 nights and the Daintree 1 bedroom villa for 2 nights. The accommodation is clean and basic but served our needs and was central to the places we wished to see. The layout was a bit strange with toilet opening straight onto a small kitchen, where as it should be off the bedroom with a sliding door. The photos online make it look much bigger than it is. The kitchen is small with little bench space the oven and stove were functional but pretty old. The bedroom was nice and the bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. The lounge is nice enough and there are outside decks off the bedroom and front. The bathroom had a toilet and shower and was clean and functional. The surroundings are nice and parking is right outside the accommodation. There is a coin operated laundry on site, and a swimming pool that we did not have time to use. We had a pleasant stay and would recommend to travelers who were looking for basic clean accommodation at a reasonable price. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and check in and out was quick and easy.

Small, clean and somewhat equipped campsite but close to the railway line so a little noisy and expensive for the services $52 for 2 with a van and electricity. There is a pond with lots of birds but also mosquitoes. Majority of residential pitches in this campsite.

First time in a 2 bedroom cabin as we were in small Owls before. Staff are lovely cabins always clean BUT this time we noticed 7 vracked floor tiles and the master bedroom fan was really dirty, very small frypan and large pan not enough for family feeding.
We use Ingenia as its so close to family for visits but its a bit strange as a resort type stay, the pool is small old and hardly used, Most of the area is used for residential properties and more than 50% are in a terrible state, doesnt seem to be any community standard in the Park. The entance is lovely with stately palm either side but the reality of the Park is pretty rundown. It might be better to completly secion off an area for holidays as most of the visitors we met would only stay 1 or 2 nights there

Stayed there for 10 nights and found it to be very pleasant & staff were helpful. We got a “grassed” site near the river and the local wildlife eg, pigeons, bush turkey & magpies just kept dropping in to sau g’day.

The ground was a bit muddy but the staff put down some rock fines & it was all good.

Facilities are neat & tidy but showing their age.

If you have mail directed to the park keep checking each day with the office as it can get displaced.

Stayed for 2 nights and the location was excellent. Landsborough township was a five minute walk away. The facilities were extremely well maintained and very clean. Not a large caravan park, but well serviced with full amenities. Rained on the Sunday, but water collecting around the site was not an issue. The BBQ area next to the duck pond was a great place to sit and relax. The fire pit was put to good use by other visitors to the park, much to the disappointed of my wife. Check in was simple and efficient, and the staff were friendly and professional. Great place to pull up for a few nights when you are on your way to somewhere else.

Stayed for 2 weeks and the power in our van just wasn’t strong enough. You couldn’t have more than 2 things on at a time or the refrigerated stopped working. It was so hot we had to put the aircon on so the fridge had to be put on gas. The wifi was hopeless. The staff were very friendly and helpful but that wasn’t enough to satisfy us.
