Travellers' Choice
Holiday under the Queensland sun at Ingenia Holidays Landsborough, whose tropical grounds are right next door to the famous Sunshine Coast visitor attraction, Australia Zoo. Its leafy location does well to set the tropical holiday pace, as you choose between checking into villa or cabin style accommodation, caravan or camping sites dotted spaciously across this nine-acre property. With the beaches of the Sunshine Coast a short, 15 minute drive from the park’s doorstep and the rolling green hills of the hinterland, 15 minutes away, chances are you’ll experience both the green and the gold this destination is famous for during your stay. Whether you’re travelling as a large family or group of friends, or looking for a cosy escape as a couple, you’ll find cabins and villas to suit any sleeping configuration. When you’re not exploring the Sunshine Coast and its surrounds, relax at the onsite dam, watch the abundant native wildlife or enjoy a dip in the resort-style pool.

The staff do their utmost to make a pleasant caravan stay in a picturesque park. My wife has a disability and that was well considered at the time of booking. Easy park to navigate, but some areas nor completely wheelchair friendly at this point.

Stayed there for 10 nights and found it to be very pleasant & staff were helpful. We got a “grassed” site near the river and the local wildlife eg, pigeons, bush turkey & magpies just kept dropping in to sau g’day. The ground was a bit muddy but the staff put down some rock fines & it was all good. Facilities are neat & tidy but showing their age. If you have mail directed to the park keep checking each day with the office as it can get displaced.

Pro’s: - Close to the Zoo - Friendly Staff - Lots of space - Lovely views - Good base for exploring part of the Sunshine Coast Con’s: - Campsite really smells like rotting leaves (couldn’t work it out) - Camp Kitchen smells like a cat has wee’d in there - Water mains were buried in the ground so unless you have a pipe, you can’t get to the water - No WiFi even though it said it had it on Top Parks website (will call places in future to make sure)

This is a lovely holiday park. We were on a powered site in the grassy horseshoe area at the end of the park. Lots of trees, very peaceful. The lake is beautiful and we sat around the fire pit overlooking the lake, toasting marshmallows and enjoying relaxing with our family. There were a group of 15 of us in Vans and tents. Amenities very clean, park well looked after and lovely staff. Close proximity to Brisbane make it a great place for a weekend and it's just a short stroll into Landsborough township. We look forward to staying there again.
