Not for people, who like hustle bustle of city. A quaint hotel in countryside with a view of snow clad mountains , green grazing area and a typical swiss villege. There is an old castle in neighborhood. If you like walking, a good place. Good pubs, railway station close by. Excellent staff and great food. Rooms are very good ,... More

Well run by charming and professional staff. We stayed ten days and ate a la carte every evening and enjoyed every meal. Not a large selection but all well produced and presented. The view from our bedroom over the Jungfrau mountain is special. Wilderswil is a great place to tour the immediate surroundings, mountains, villages, and lakes by trains buses... More

We selected the hotel for holiday trip to Interlaken. The place is away from interlaken city and has hardly any shops. Coming back in late eve from Interlaken is a problem - one hour gap for next train. The rooms are small. Staff is very warm and helpful.

We stayed for one night while on our honeymoon and overall our stay was OK. The room was a good size and the bathroom was spacious but there were bugs in the room (spider and some floor bugs). We had to check out very early and the staff packed a lunch box for us which was great and handy.

It was like living in a small village where you can hear cows with cowbells grazing just outside the doorstep of the hotel. Breathtaking scenery and fresh air. However, room and toilet was small but clean. The balcony outside the room was a bonus. Easy access to Jungfraujoch peak as there was a train station nearby. All in, a pleasant... More

Lovely hotel with a nice mountain view. Nice rooms, minimalist bathroom, lots of cable content, including 20 English channels (most have had 2-3). Good included continental breakfast with eggs. Great dinner options but that's a different review.

We booked a Comfort Twin room with a balcony having a mountain view. It was a spacious room with all the usual facilities like TV, coffee m/c, hair dryer, bottled water. It even had a side sofa to laze around for times when we got bored with the bed. The only item missing was a telephone for easy access to... More

Stayed here a week at the end of May. Our classic twin room had a nice view out over a couple of chalets and green Wilderswil fields, and was quite spacious - partly because the wardrobe area was not large and the ensuite bathroom was quite compact, but not inconveniently so. The hotel’s location is arguably the best in the... More

This small hotel is very close to Wilderswil station and has a very nice view from mountain facing rooms. Room is done tastefully, sitting in balcony overlooking the road and mountain was a pretty picture. We found the staff very courteous and helpful during interaction. Wifi strength was excellent. Couple of drawbacks: You may have to personally go if you... More
