Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We stayed here for 4 nights in a 1 bedroom cabin. This is an older park which is well-maintained and set well away from busy roads. The cabin was very clean with all cooking facilities and plenty of room. Very friendly and helpful staff. The laundry was small and could do with a bit of an improvement. Park is in a good location to go exploring the many sites that are on offer. We were able to drive to the train station ( about 10 Minute drive ) to get into CBD. Good value for money.

Be very wary staying here. I had my handbag stolen from front seat of campervan. Lock up when you leave your site. I think it was stolen when we were washing up. Reported it to staff who were not surprised that it happened. Anyone can walk through the park from two back gates that are not locked. Park is outdated and overpriced. It is not that clean. Ducks swim in the pool. Best thing about Park is it is close to airport and they fill up your gas bottles.

Checked in one night and I wished I had checked in to a hotel instead. The receptionist is friendly but the park is small and dated. There are long term rentals, holiday home and also powered sites. I heard the powered sites are full. A pool is there which we did not use. We were given a set of code to punch in for the toilet after 9pm where they lock the toilet doors. Water is of good pressure but the drainage seems to be choke with water during shower. The common kitchen only have a stove and a sink. During dinner a (rude) woman was cooking her dinner and no one else can use it. We ended up preparing our ingredients there and cooking in our campervan. I wanted to do my laundry at 7am but it only starts at 8am. When I went to take a look at 7.45am both machines were taken. There are 3 washers and 2 driers. I waited till the dryer is available after washing my clothes. Overall it is an average holiday park which is not my kind of stay.

We originally booked for 2.5 weeks but had to add another 5 days. Then we had to return due to a family crisis in the Eastern States. We had a number of changes with our bookings and they went out of their way to accommodate us. When you are under stress and away from home it is so lovely to have such supportive staff. Thank you Nick for all your help as well as the other office staff. We found the facilities clean. Great hot showers. Adequate washing machines and dryers. Plenty of line space. Washing dried quickly as it was always windy. It is near busy roads and the airport but if you are busy sightseeing Perth and surrounds hopefully you are too tired at night to hear it. You get used to it quickly anyway.

Overnight stay in a one-bedroom cabin which seemed very spacious after several weeks in a small motorhome. The cabin was very well set up with all the amenities of a motel room and full kitchen; everything needed to self cater. Close to Britz/Maui depot and possibly the closest caravan park to airport. Didn't know about the airport shuttle referred to by another poster. Taxi to terminal 1 (virgin) cast $25.00.

My friend and I stayed at Perth Central Caravan Park for 2 weeks over Christmas. We had such a great experience here and would highly recommend. We were really sad to leave as it was such a lovely community there. The 2 bedroom cabin we stayed in was perfect for what we needed, clean, spacious and the beds were really comfy. We had everything we needed. The staff were truely amazing and so welcoming and really made our stay here special. They even brought us some Christmas decorations to hang up over Christmas and some extra cooking utensils for our Christmas roast dinner. Nick the Manager is such a legend and all the staff were so kind. The swimming pool and outdoor area is really well looked after! Great location with the river and city so close. Would 100% stay again!! Thanks so much to all the team there!!

The location is the best thing about this park. It’s an easy walk up to the highway and there are four buses that can be caught to the city - we never had to wait long. AND it’s on the river. Ayres Bushland is immediately at the back of the park, but if you go to the left as you’re facing the river you’ll find a path that takes you to the right and the very lovely Garvey Park and beyond. Central is a little tired, but has a pretty good camp kitchen and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Arrived very early in am from the airport and keys were available in safe with clear instructions to get to the room, which was handy as it was nighttime and in unfamiliar surroundings. The cabin was clean and tidy, with towels, soap, shampoo but no hairdryer. The self-contained kitchen however no oven but there is one in the camp kitchen. Heater/ac worked a treat. The bed was really comfortable. Quiet and relaxing surroundings with a great walk to the river behind.Bus service at the end of the road.

Nice spacious cabin. Given at a moments notice. Nick was more than helpful as was the NZ lady and Carol, at reception. The cabin was clean, bedding like new. The location is quiet, peaceful and close to amenities. Would recommend to local, interstate and overseas visitors. The staff cater for all your needs. All 'fur babies' are very welcome. This CP is the best we have experienced, in a long time. Sue & Brian thanku thanku
