I stayed here briefly while passing through Perth for business. Checking in was super fast and easy. The facilities and my room were well kept and clean. I appreciated the kitchenette in the room which was fully stocked with cooking/eating tools. There is a small fridge which is typical of most hotel rooms which do not have a kitchen. I would recommend staying here, even if it were just for a day or two.

I've stayed at Quest Ascot twice now, once for over a month in December and again this February, and both times have been fantastic. The suites are spotless and well-equipped, especially the kitchens – they have everything you need. Daily room service keeps everything clean and the staff at the front desk are always ready to help, no matter the time. The free airport shuttle is a huge plus, and there's plenty of free parking too. Free laundry makes it more affordable.
What really makes Quest Ascot stand out, though, is the staff. From the room service team to the reception desk, everyone is so friendly and helpful. I especially want to mention Arshan, the manager. He's incredibly kind and generous, and always goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect. For the price and the level of service, Quest Ascot is easily one of the best places I've stayed. Highly recommend it!

Our one bedroom apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you might need for self catering. The large king bed was comfortable and everything was very modern including kitchen, dining, lounge, bathroom and laundry. Staff were very helpful and professional, including offering to drop us at our car hire office down the road on checking out. There is a gym and small pool on site, undercover parking and a number of fast food restaurants across the road. Reasonably priced and highly recommended!

From making the booking to departing the next day, Quest Perth Ascot does not disappoint. The reception area was inviting with a great grab and go and coffee corner for convenience. Easy to find and park when I arrived around 3pm. Front desk staff Kurt was very friendly and efficient, getting us checked in very quickly. Both Kurt and Sarah where very helpful with direction, parking and travel advise for my appointment the next day. I tend to stress alot when not knowing where to go so it was very reassuring for me to have their expertise. Travelling with my 8 year old, she was very excited to be allocated the 7th floor. And her excitement hit an all time high upon entering the room . The 1 bedroom apartment was light, fresh and very inviting. To my 8 year olds delight, there was a tv in the bedroom as well as the living area which we could connect to Netflix. All information needed was clearly displayed in the room. Kitchen was well equipped for me to prepare breakfast for the next morning. Being on a very busy highway I was very happy to note that not a sound was heard in the room from the traffic outside. Internet access was super easy and worked well, and we even did a sneaky delivery order for dinner.
Thank you to Arshan and the team for taking care of us. This is clearly a well run property with staff that genuinely care.

I would absolutely recommend staying at Quest Ascot either for business or otherwise. The rooms are sooooo clean! I stayed for a week as a single businessperson and never felt unsafe, loved the fact there was 24 hour reception (big tick) a laundry onsite for guest to use - huge bonus!
Only suggestion - signage near the car park entrance showing delivery drivers how to get to reception as I had quite a few confused about where to go. Thanks to all the staff for your friendliness and I will be back for sure!

No problems whatsoever, quest offers good value accommodation in a great location. The building is well secured with lots of CCTV and the room was clean and well stocked with amenities. We used the room as a base for our recent holiday to Perth and the room felt well secured, with good access to freeways and city while also being in a location with great choice for food while also providing access to cleaning and cooking equipment if needed. Only negative was the car park which can get busy but there is an overflow at nearby retail car park.

I had a great time at the hotel. Fully furnished and covering all the varieties of kitchen utilities made me comfortable to stay. No rush at the GYM and parking facilities, completely hygienic. There is a person always sit in the reception to welcome you with a smile.

Quest Perth Ascot (WA) - not Quest Ascot (Qld) - did a great job of settling us in for a night’s stay due to a last minute flight cancellation. 10/10.
As for Quest Ascot (Qld) - who took our $210 for a mistaken booking (same names right?) that we did not use….and could not be contacted and would not refund….disgusting and avoid at all cost.
