We have stayed in many resorts and luxury hotels around Australia. The Louise is special. The location is so truly "the Barossa" with views over the vineyards. Our apartment was absolutely gorgeous, impeccable, tastefully decorated and practical. I loved the outdoor shower and the courtyard eating areas. The King bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a delight! Dinner at Appelation will...

On our second visit to the Louise it was as good as our first. Upgraded our room and loved the outdoor rain shower. Had Champagne and chocolates On our arrival. And insuite massages for us both before dinner at Appellation was lovely. Appellation as always great food and service.

My partner surprised me with a romantic night away at the Louise and it exceeded expectations. The staff were very welcoming and all smiles as they greeted us and showed us to one of the suites which was away from the main area. My partner asked for my favourite flowers to be at the room upon arrival and they didn't...

Such a central location, staff very accommodating, and the in room service of the included breakfast was great, dined at the adjoining resturant again very good, although the included snacks in the bar were a little on the light side considering the money spent. Otherwise everything was great. If I could say one thing to enhance the experience, a heated...

We were booked into a Vineyard Suite but were but upgraded to the Seppletsfield Suite on arrival. These larger suites are located away from the main building and restaurant via an uncovered walkway. Unlike the cheaper suites, these have a separate living area which can be closed off to the bedroom. My review is based primarily on value for money....

What a special treat. The best service we've received on home soil, a beautiful and ridiculously spacious suite, an outdoor shower, five star breakfast delivered to our door and all set amongst the breathtakingly spectacular vineyards of the Barossa. Thank you for having us Jim.

Vineyards all round, setting sun into the patio, cheeses and a 2004 Dom Perignon while kicking back waiting to dine at The Appellation. Now that's a birthday treat. We were on a one night package ($600) but that included brekkie and $210 towards the cost of dinner at the Appellation at the Louise. The rooms were front patio with outdoor...

Beautiful bathroom with underfloor heating, had a bose stereo system. Nespresso machine, all very nice. Would not rave about the restaurant Appealation, I think a bit over rated for what it...

A group of 10 of us stayed for 2 nights. The degustation dinner at the Appellation restaurant was great. Service was great and they arranged breakfast for the 10 of us in the largest suite. I would recommend staying here as long as you have a car to get around the area. For the nights you want to dine elsewhere...

As friends we were looking for an indulgent evening in fine accommodation with beautiful food to match in celebration of a special friends weekend when touring around the Barrossa and we found it all at The Louise and Appellation restaurant. From the moment we arrived in the car park greeted by a staff member offering to help us in with...
