Very good hotel with plenty of space. Rooms were large and very clean with good facilities, very comfortable. Food was very good, and traditional, and the staff were great. There is a Japanese spa but we didn't try it although our friends did. Overall no complaints at all and would recommend.

We were a family of 9 so we booked three rooms. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfy. The children enjoyed the play area they have in the lobby. The staff were very nice and did their best to accommodate all our needs. After a long journey to Hakuba, the hospitality of the staff and the complementary... More

We have stayed for a night, I must admit the hotel is a bit old but spacious. I was expected the hotel to be better than this, as I believe it's 5 stars hotel in the area, not in term of the Service but Products wise. The Breakfast that they have served with variety of choices. But overall it's just... More

In February we stayed in Hakuba Tokyu Hotel. Unfortunately our luggage was delayed and the incredible Hotel staff provided us with all the skiing equipment complimentary. We would like to thank Hotel management and staff, especially Yasuda, Hasse and Romain for their perfect hospitality. This was our third time at Hakuba Tokyu Hotel and we highly recommend it and we'll... More

My family and I have returned to the Hakuba Tokyu Hotel on several occasions, highly recommended for the wonderful Japanese service, comfortable rooms and excellent location, only a short bus direct from the door to to the slopes. With all of these glowing notes aside however, I cannot forget to mentioned the two highlights of this Hotel; Firstly, the spectacular... More

We just spent four wonderful nights at the Tokyu Hotel in Hakuba. The hotel is in a great location close to all the ski resorts in Hakuba, very friendly and attentive staff, large rooms with separate toilet, bathroom facilities with all rooms with balconies. Bed are firm and very comfortable. The highlights of this hotel for us were the Onsen... More

Quite spacious rooms even though we had two large single beds. Hotel provides shuttle to bus and train station and sometimes even to restaurants. They will book restaurants for you. Breakfast was very good. A few good restaurants within walking distance but if you want some supplies you have to get shuttle to train station and walk to either the... More

We stayed at the Tokyu for a week and were very impressed with the service, rooms, location (ski shuttles stop right of the hotel) and breakfast. I definitely recommend taking the breakfast option upon booking as each day's fare is a large selection of Japanese-style options plus Western eggs, bacon, coffee, pastries etc. With little else available in the area,... In all honesty, not humongous rooms but exceptionally big given Japanese standards. Spent my 2016 ski holiday in Hakuba and put up at this hotel. The hotel's design is dated but very well maintained. Charmingly tucked in a corner of the Hakuba valley amidst the woods, but just a 5min can ride from the heart of village. The hotel bar... More
