First, wifi is awful here. It is just a basic need to conduct our lives these days and although the wifi connection itself remains up (although you have to log back on about four times a day), the connection to the internet is constantly intermittent with more time not connected than connected. To load a web page takes 10 or...

We travelled to 1950 with Neilson. The link on their website was to the TA page for Pierre Vacances but we didn't actually stay in one of their properties. In fact, we didn't know where we were staying until we arrived in the resort. It seems that PV and Radisson have carved up the apartments between them and there are...

This is a very family resort, we have 3 boys 7-12. Plenty to do. Not rowdy but busy. Good food, good bars, all very friendly. Nothing is cheap but that is France and the strength of the pound. All round excellent place to visit for a family ski holiday. Can book everything passes, lessons, equipment from home before you arrive...

We stayed in the wonderful village that is close to the magic 2000m height. Snow was good when we arrived and only improved with our stay. The team at the Raddison were wonderful, allowing us to change rooms as the first one didn't suit our needs. Every day the staff were friendly and so very helpful. The ski hire and...

We stayed in the Sources de Marie. The apartments are very spacious and well equipped. Kitchen has everything even dishwasher. Generous amount of plates and cups etc not just 4 of each like you usually get in self catering. Bed super comfy. Our room had balcony with great views of the piste and lifts. Ski in and out is superb....

This is a well designed apartment complex in the village of Arc 1950 with easy access to the piste. There is a basement carpark which gives convenient access for taxis and secure parking for guests. Apartments vary in size with compact bedrooms and comfortable lounge/ dining areas. A great place for families and small groups of friends. There are free...

I arrived for a snowboarding trip between 7th - 14th January 2017 with three other colleagues and were immediately impressed with the facilities that the hotel had to offer its guests. We stayed in a 4 person suite on the second floor which was very spacious and had plenty of clean linen available as well as a very cheap washing...

There are several villages (1600, 1800, 1950 & 2000) and of course MANY properties within Les Arcs from which to choose. I can't imagine you could find any more perfect than the Radisson Blu in Arc 1950! I believe the small village setting was far superior to the larger villages and the Radisson Blu room and service were spectacular. The...
