Stayed in Chalet DeL'arc with Inghams. Chalet staff very friendly, helpful and willing. Food good and great cakes at tea time! Special commendations to Charlie the chef and Jay Stabler who ensured he recovered our son's speaker which he had left on the outward coach!! Thanks jay, you were a man of your word. Plenty of hot water and comfortable...

We come most years here, it's got so many runs and it's fantastic. Most of the lifts are open all day and the food and drink is reasonably priced. The ski pass again is reasonable considering it's France but the runs are faultless and so vast! I love coming here snowboarding!!

Our hostess was very pleasant, but that is the only positive thing we can say about Chalet Bianco Cleanliness in this Chalet was incredibly poor especially in the main living area. Crumbs were swept from table to floor, and left there.. The table was never wiped down until one of our party made the rep aware of the poor hygiene....

We stayed in Chalet Veronique 19-26 March as a Crystal Holidays Booking. It's not their smartest chalet but their chalet hosts, Michael and David are the most welcoming hosts and best chalet cooks I've experienced so far. There were a number of guests with tricky dietary needs and they fulfilled them all thoughtfully and with a smile. Couldn't recommend them...

I really wanted to rate Evo 2 better, having had a good experience with them in Tignes last year. This year 4 people in our group booked 6 mornings of lessons, commencing Mon 1st Feb until Sat 6th. Individual card payments were taken in the preceding weeks; all good so far. On the Sunday evening we arrived, we discovered the...

We stayed in Les melezes les Arc 2000 over Christmas week 2015. I've reviewed the hotel separately. We used evolution 2 ski school in Les arcs 2000. The kids (10,8 and 5) had morning group lessons every day and as it was the 5 year olds first trip she had a few private lessons too. By the 4th day we...

We visited Chalet De L'arc again in Jan 2015 with our 2 sons. We were not dissapointed. The food was great again, location was good and staff were nice and friendly. An improvement on the previous years visit was the rooms now have locks.

Our Chalet was very basic and although we was only a short walk to the button lift it would have better to ski from the front door what I will definitely look for next time, The bedroom was small and very basic but served the purpose, Again when I go again I may opt for a hotel, Our Chalet maid...

I actually booked into one of the Challets run by Alpine Element holiday company for skiing. The online booking was easy and straight forward and offered everything I wanted. I went with a friend and we planned on sharing one of the twin rooms offered. Alpine element offer 5 Challets ranging from 8 to 12 person accommodation in twin rooms....

We stayed in Chalet Marcel in early January. The Chalet is very tired looking, the food was awful and service well below average. The Skiing was great, If I go back to this resort I would stay in Les Arcs 1950.
