Hotel was more like a hostel, really basic and in need of some TLC, rooms were ok beds were comfy but the bathroom needed a good clean! Restaurant was horrid, very basic, staff were rude, food was overcooked and mushy...only good thing was the salad. There were no views from our room on floor 8 which was disappointing. Ski in...

This hotel does exactly what it says on the tin. Ski in and out is ideal, ski room well managed, great ambiance with lively atmosphere and some great laughs at the entertainment. Best of all is the great storage in the compact rooms and the absolutely fantastic food. Loved the themed food nights and the unlimited wine is really good...

Stayed here 24th Feb 17 for a week with family. This hotel is geared up to cater for relatively cheap family skiing. It is a three star hotel but in a really good location. Our room was clean and comfortable and looked after by a daily cleaner. The food basis was half board. The system was a wristband for breakfast...

Stayed here at Feb half term - packed out with children as expected. The rooms - very basic, not tiny but compact, perfectly acceptable to simply sleep. Maids attended regularly to make beds etc. The food - breakfast and supper both had plenty of choice, the food was far better than expected from previous reviews, all foods replenished regularly and...

Having read previous reviews before we arrived we were apprehensive about staying here but we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is a little tired and rooms were basic but it was clean and we had amazing views of Mont Blanc. I would take ear plugs as the rooms did get a little noisy but we still slept well. As we...

We are on day 5 of our ski holiday with our three children. We booked through Crystal who say in their brochure 'recommended kid's club' which was one of our main reasons for choosing this accommodation as our children are 4, 7 and 9 and get tired skiing all day. The people who run the kid's clubs do not speak...

This hotel is in the perfect place for reaching lifts etc, it is a little tired inside but not to bad and rooms are small but clean . The food on our visit was very good with plenty of choice and the menu changed daily . There is a nice lounge/bar area with friendly staff and a Happy Hour which...

The L'Aiguille Rouge is a very conveniently placed hotel. At the top of the "magic carpet" (a covered travellator ) is the door to the ski room where everyone gets a locker with a coded lock. OK, the room is a bit dingy and tired but the steel lockers were big enough to store 2 sets of boots, 2 helmets,...

The majority of the guests here are 50+ years couples but the hotel seems oblivious to this, force feeding everyone a daily diet of loud music, dancing clowns and Butlins-style presentation throughout. It is painful to endure. The food is good, but you must wear a wrist band at all times if you want your meal. We did not feel...
