a fantastic conference venue. the staff are efficient and the food supurb. the conference room was perfect size for our group and the climate control non-invasive and efficent. coffee and tea is on tap in a secluded area which also has seating both, inside and outside encouraging group mixing. For special mention is the food. Greg and the team provided...

I've stayed here a couple of times now and been here multiple times with work. The hotel and grounds are stunning...literally just off the a34 but you are surrounded by gorgeous fields and gardens. The hotel part that I stayed in is much more 70's style outbuilding, Crossroads smell and definitely tacked on the back. However, the staff were great...

Arriving at the hotel can be a little confusing, if you enter from the main road and continue straight up the drive you end up at a small industrial site. The entrance is on the left of the drive and then turn right. The grounds are extensive with plenty of parking. The reception staff are warm and friendly in their...

Excellent food, exemplary service - a thoroughly enjoyable visit. An attractive hotel with leisure facilities set in beautiful surroundings in the open countryside. Our room was lovely with tea /coffee making facilities and an attractive view over open countryside. We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here overnight in March. First impression is good, the hotel has an imposing facade and feels comfortable from the start. Reception staff were very good (and English). We were in room 310 which is located in a small annex and has its own parking space which is handy because it is a long way from reception. We made use...

This evening we have had a delicious meal made my Greg, the quality of food was excellent and we waited very little time despite the restaurant being very busy. He was very personable when we asked to compliment the chef on his work. He clearly enjoys his job and takes pride in everything he does. He is an incredible asset...

Just had our food tasting and Milton Hill and had such a wonderful experience. Delicious food and the chef Greg couldn't have been more helpful discussing all the options with us and accommodating the dietary requirements of all our guests! Looking forward to coming back already!

The staff were very helpful and smiling. But our room "in the concrete box" was dark and a bit depressing. Very large clock above toilet!! most odd placement. Check for dust on the top of the wardrobes. Drinks were very expensive, but the free coffee machines very useful. We would consider going again, but staying elsewhere in the hotel.

Attractive building, nice staff. My room and the common areas are very dimly lit. Wouldn't want my elderly mother staying there. My room (414, I think) looked over a back area where staff were moving trolleys and kegs into the night, so it was rather noisy. Many of the facilities felt cramped. They've tried to squeeze too much into the...
