Stayed 3 nights at Alyth Hotel, very comfortable room, very friendly staff and so convenient for travel to the various golf courses within just a few miles. Food was very reasonably priced and served beautifully cooked, very relaxed atmosphere in the dining room, easy parking too at hotel. Will definitely be back in Autumn.

All the staff here are welcoming and helpful . It's a good place to stay if you're spending time out and about. Hotel itself is very dated and basic. They do accept dogs which is a plus. We are so happy that the Alyth Hotel and restaurant are open again after the severe flood damage from last July. We rode our bikes there for dinner. As always, the ever so helpful and charming manager David took care of us. The new menu is much more interesting that the previous one plus we like that they are very...

Stayed one night on the Cateran trail. Very welcoming and friendly and a comfortable room. Delicious dinner with good choice on the menu and from specials board. Wines very reasonably priced. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel and restaurant was closed for 8 months after the July 2015 flood and the bar and restaurant have been very tastefully refurbished.

Lovely comfortable room. Excellent evening meal with an ample choice and bearing on cheap for excellent wines. Super breakfast. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Was nice to see the hotel had got back on its feet after the terrible flooding last summer.

We move to Alyth last year and have joined several groups in the town and last week we joined a group that went on a afternoon outing that ended with a High Tea at the Alyth Hotel I must admit that I was not sure that they could cope when 60 plus people all trooped into the restaurant and sat...
