I would recommend this hotel for cleanliness, and lovely staff. We had steak for dinner and it was one of the best I have tasted. Some of the bedroom furniture could do with an upgrade but bed was comfy and the bedroom was really big. We were there for two nights and it was great value for the money.

Hotel in need of updating. Staff friendly especially David. Food excellent. Downside our second night was completely ruined by four young female guests in the room next to us. Shouted and screamed until 3am continually slamming doors and running in and out of the main hotel door. Our room shook every time a door slammed. Numerous people not guests in and...

Went on a DBB overnight at £49- and was great value for money! The hotel itself is lovely, friendly staff, clean, and picturesque. The food was great, huge portions and good quality produce The town is quaint and beautiful, with a river flowing down the middle of the street, reminded me of Amsterdam!!! Would highly recommend this hotel :-)

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and large and the bar in the hotel that we spent the evening in with the locals was reasonably priced. The food was fantastic huge portions though, I was unable to finish mine. The only thing I would say is that the decor could use some updating but overall...

My friend and I had dinner in the restaurant on Saturday evening. There is a varied menu and the food was amazing and well presented. The restaurant had a great atmosphere and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. David the manager did everything he could to make the evening enjoyable. Definitely recommended if you fancy a nice reasonably priced...

Went for a couple of nights on a voucher deal dinner bed and breakfast. Staff were all very welcoming, polite and approachable. Food was outstanding and not shy on portion sizes. Would recommend plenty to see and do throughout the area.

The hotel was over all nice, stayed over night dbb with a voucher deal. Dinner was not the best service wise- waited 40mins for bruschetta to get one slice of French bread with tomatoes and mozeralla on top, this was priced at £6.50, very over priced, was not helped by the fact a table who came in after us were...

Went for one night for DB&B on a voucher deal. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from the warm welcome to the lovely dinner, cheery staff and departure after a huge breakfast. Alyth itself is a very friendly place. Lovely walk through trees beside a wee river at the Den.

Arrived just after 2pm and had to go into bar area for check in as reception desk was empty. Was okay tho. Wasn't amused as I had specifically requested a double room and instead got a family room with three single beds! Not happy! was told that Hotel was full and that's all they had. We made the most of...
