The only issue we had with Needles, is after our visit every other place we stayed just left us missing Needles more. The staff at Needles make staying with them part of the SA experience, rather than just another place to spend the night. After spending hours and hours searching the internet for a place to stay near Kruger I...

After 6 days at this hotel, you end up loving this place and the people, it feels like you are in a friend's house. The service is so great and they take care of every single detail and the partnership that they have with the safari company (Dylan from @myafricasafaris in facebook) is great, he made the best our safari...

Needles Lodge is an incredible place to stay and in a great location. The hosts are wonderful--I wish they could be my neighbors. Clean, comfy rooms. Amazing gourmet meals. Animals, such as zebra and kudu, wander into the yard and hang around the lodge. The hosts arranged great trips for us into Krueger and to other nearby locations, selecting the...

I'm just back from the lodge and I'd love come back again! I was travelling with my family and friends, so 50% of the lodge was occupied by us (3 rooms), but I also liked to interact with Dennis, Gail and the other guests - especially at dinner. Their hospitality is absolutely outstanding, they recreate a family-style athmosphere so that...

Needles Lodge is really special. Denis, Gail, Colin and their team are wonderful hosts and company. The setting is perfect and I could have relaxed there from morning until night; watching the game visit the deck, eating the amazing food and reading by the pool. However, then I would have missed out on the incredible Kruger Park so having Needles...

We had a wonderful stay at Needles. A 2nd one for us, this time with visiting family members from Quebec City. Team there is fantastic, very attentive. Ambiance is relaxed, particularly around communal dinner table at night.... and food is excellent as well. We will be back for sure!
