Whilst planning my solo trip to South Africa on a budget I knew I wanted to do Kruger, but found planning it a minefield. All of the tours were incredibly expensive and staying in a lodge seemed similarly pricey. Then I found Kruger Inn and WOW! What a great find! Getting there from joburg without a car isn't too much...

We spent 2 nights in their liitle comfortable hostel and it was great. We arrived by bus from Maputo and they picked us up from the boarder for a fee to get to the hostel in around 25 minutes. There is a bus but it runs only twice a day. It is very helpful to buy food before or to...

They can arrange trips to Kruger Park, Swaziland, Panorama tour, Maputo and many more. If there are enough of nice people you can join the owners for delicious dinner. After a day or...

The Elephant Cabin was so cosy. And Cor and Alison were very helpful and friendly Marloth Park is bordering Kruger National Park. The drive along the Crocodile River , as suggested by Cor was a wonderful way to spend the first da There are many places to eat withing Marloth Park and the shopping centre is well stocked.
