Back in Europe we just have these words for Villa Rusutsu: Purely fabulous Accommodation! The small wooden huts are perfectly equipped for a relaxed stay, cosy and even beyond what we expected from the pictures and description. Our special thanks go to Gudrun and Jürgen for having us at Villa Rusutsu. From the first day they were just amazing hosts...

I had the great fortune to stay at Villa Rusutsu in January this year (2017), the accommodation was very nice. What made the stay amazing was the management of Gudrun and Jurgen Paul who looked after the rooms, the grounds and driving us to and from the snow everyday. They were incredible. Jurgen even took us to the ski hire...

We stayed at the Villa Rusutsu for a week in late February. The accommodation was very nice and spacious. We had a large cabin for 3 and a single. It was advertised as 'free shuttle' but you only get a certain number of shuttles per day and then you are charged. There was a lot of hassle recording the number...

Why Rusutsu? For the untracked deep powder snow away from the crowds at Niseko. why Villa Rusutsu? For the quiet comfort and hospitality of the caring staff. My cousin and I spent 5 days at Villa Rusutsu for a snowboard trip at the beginning of February. Aside from the best barely touched powder snow at the ski resort, our accommodations...

Well appointed warm, clean comfortable villas in beautiful surroundings. Splendid food served in fine restaurant adjoining cosy welcoming bar + happy hour. All staff extremely helpful with the manager providing genuine warmth, care and support including shuttles to and from the ski resort (1km). Relaxing and reinvigorating Japanese bath facilities.

We had a great stay here. The chalets were spacious, clean and very comfortable. They were also cosy and warm. We were quite near the Japanese bath which was very welcome after a day's skiing. Within an easy walk of the chalet is the central bar/restaurant where you have breakfast (good selection of options and excellent by the way). We...

My wife and I had an incredible 5 nights here in the luxury villa. The villa was super spacious for the price and the property was fantastic. The thing that made this stay the most memorable for us were the amazing hosts/managers Gudrun and Jurgen... Wow! Had so much fun with them and they made sure our stay was as...

We booked a villa here for 2 couples for 4 nights in early January. Overall, it was a great stay. The managers were very friendly and accommodating, and they went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay. The hot onset bath area was lovely and great after a day skiing. There is also a nice main...

Villa Rusutsu is a lovely small complex of wooden chalets centred around a rather grand bar and restaurant all set in the middle of a picturesque woodland. We had a duplex chalet with lounge downstairs and comfy double bed upstairs. It was very warm and comfortable although I would say the bathroom is a bit plastic. If they spent a...

Beautiful wooden chalets surrounded by the picturesque scenery of Rusutsu, this place is simply stunning. Dinner in the restaurant is beautiful with a very good wine selection, and they also serve a delicious breakfast every morning which is the perfect before hitting the slopes. Above all though, I must say that the hospitality of the staff here really lifts this...
