My partner had been here a couple of years ago, and as we needed a room for the night, suggested we return. His previous reservation popped up on the computer and we were made to feel very welcome as "clients fidèles". We had room 61 which had a view onto the back street, but was large and very comfortable. The...

This is the first time we have stayed at this hotel. We were impressed by the well-appointed and large room, though with a large bathroom it would have been great to have a bath rather than a shower. We had a meal one night and it was very good, particularly the duck hearts and the cassoulet (large portion). The wife...

I have used this hotel many times for rooms and restaurant and have never been disappointed. Excellent attentive service and remarkably good food. I use this Hotel when I have business guests and friends staying in the area and they have all been very happy with the accommodations and the restaurant.

Although this is not our usual stop in Quillan, it was the only other hotel open on a Sunday evening. It looks to have had a recent face-lift, although the old worlde entrance and dining room remain unchanged. The welcome at Reception could not have been warmer, and the chap showed us where the room was, explained all the facilities...

We stayed here from Friday September 27 through Sunday September 29. The hotel is great and well maintained. Our room was large and had a terrace. Staff was lovely. I found the food to be quite good. Parking was available under the hotel. Great place to serve as a base for touring the châteaux.

The hotel was pleasant and the room comfortable, modern and spacious with lift to 2nd floor. very good breakfast with large selection of food, patisseries, charcuterie, cheeses, breads, cereals, jams, yogurts, fruits, tea, coffee etc... The staff and the owner were very helpful and made us welcome. I would certainly recommend this hotel situated in Quillan, Close to Rennes Le...

Perfectly decent, central hotel. Good value for money. Helpful staff. Clean , modern room and bathroom. A little noisy first thing in the morning as it's on the main road through Quillan. The restaurant looked lovely. The food was ok but not as good as I expected. We ate there one night but chose to eat elsewhere within walking distance...

this hotel is probably the highlight of the town which is entirely unremarkable and fairly quickly forgettable. there are better small towns to stay in. however, the hotel itself is pleasant. the room that i stayed in was modern, spacious and really well appointed. the welcome from the proprietor was genuinely warm and engaging, with the added benefit of an...

Our room at La Chaumiere was excellent. The bed was comfortable, the air-con worked well and the bathroom was very well designed. Unlike most hotel bathrooms this one had plenty of space and shelves for my wife to put out her make-up, and the shower was superb. The receptionist was friendly and helpful but the owner (if it was him)...

Even if from the outside it simply seems a mountain hotel, the interior decoration is elegant and really modern. The room we were given faced the street but it has good insonorisation and was pretty big, with a nice bathroom and a marvellous shower. It was clean and the hotel provided free WIFI in the room too. It's great for...
