We have lived in Quillan for 2 years now and cannot understand why it's taken so long to visit. Top quality food, service and value. We will be back very, very soon. If you are in Quillan or simply passing through the town you simply must go.

From the first minute that we entered the lobby of this hotel, we could see that it was special. It is a family run hotel and the care and attention that the owners pay to every detail makes it special. My wife and I led a group of 32 people to this area of France over Easter 2107, and we...

This is a very good hotel in a town of limited choices. The interior of the rooms are surprisingly modern and large, with the exterior fitting in well with the old-time charm of Quillan itself. It's just opposite the train station where we found ample free parking. Check in was smooth and friendly. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to eat...

Booked this last minute on whilst looking at properties in the area and what a lovely treat! A huge room with beautiful bathroom and separate toilet - and this was the standard. We loved our meal downstairs and chose the Vietnamese specials. Very authentic and delicious - worth visiting the restaurant alone. Friendly welcome but can't comment on breakfast as...

This was my first trip to Quillan. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Even though I overlooked the road, the shutters kept out any noise at night. The little balcony was big enough for a chair to sit out and enjoy the sunshine. The staff were very helpful and keen to ensure that I enjoyed my stay. Perfectly located,...

Had a weekend in this hotel when visiting Quillan house hunting, the rooms and reception are modern and the dining room still traditional which seems a bit incongruous. The hotel frontage looks a bit uncared for. However, don't let this put you off, the staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are clean with comfortable beds and the food is...

We stayed for one night at La Chaumiere and have to say we were quite impressed. I wasn't expecting much given what we paid and the fact that Quillan wasn't exactly a large town. We managed to park right outside the hotel (free) and received a warm welcome at reception. The receptionist showed us to our room which was on...
