Small but very clean and cozy hotel. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. The hotel has a small SPA, but all the services are really great and cheap, on Wednesdays they have 2x1 in almost all services (including the SPA).The breakfast buffet is good. I'll definitely come back!

Amazing hotel! The decoration is very typical of the region. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel has a pool, bicycles to ride to town (it is 7 mins away from downtown) a great restaurant among other amenities (we were on the family section). I will definitely go back there when vacationing in Tequis.

It's a nice "colonial type" hotel. It has potential but it's far away from being great. It has a nice spa with good massages, the pool is nice and it's clean. It's full of little details were they can definitely improve. Bad service, bad food, bad music and extremely slow for everything.

Staying at this hotel is a great experience because it is very clean, the staff of the hotel are very kind and helpful, the food is delicious and the facilities are in great conditions. The prices are very competitive, the hotel has parking lots and it is not so far away from downtown Tequisquiapan. I really recommend this hotel.

My boyfriend & I recently stayed at this charming hotel. I understand they are under new management & making some needed upgrades and additions to the property. The place was very clean & the staff warm & welcoming & very helpful with making suggestions about what to do in town. I recommend the room with the Jacuzzi tub, perfect for...

I loved the general feel of this hotel, I guess I like colorful and vivid decoration and this hotel has it. The rooms are very spacious and have all the amenities, they were spotless and had everything I needed. There is a tub in the bathroom though it is very small hardly useful for a bubble bath, but excellent nevertheless....

they offer this hotel as part of the package. As they have the guest trapped by the balloon trip they dont put any extra effort. Hotel is beafutiful, but not good management. Pool was covered while we were there. Restaurant with few options, ugly menus broken and stained. few options for dinner. Service just enough. Rooms are spacious, but bad...

This is a hotel for those going hot air ballooning; if you're not, this is not the place for you. The hotel grounds are nice and it's a 20 minute walk to the Centro historico (or 25 peso taxi ride). The room is spacious and the bathroom adequate. There were only two cheap medal hangers in the closest and lights...
