Cosy lounge with log fire, plus heaters in all bedrooms. All bedding and towels provided. Family Double, Twin Share and Dorm Rooms. Sleeps 34 - 38 people. Our lodge can also be booked exclusively and is ideal for schools, universities, corporate groups, club and family functions.

Like other reviews, we found the owner to be extremely rude. Would not recommend staying here ever. He was impolite, inconsiderate, and yelled at us for something that was not under our control. There are other accommodation options - try bookabach.

The worst owner I met during my trip.Yelled at me, lied when he said I'd come in with dirty shoes to the lobby and lathered the carpet. A repulsive and disagreeable person, I advise everyone to stay away from this place.

My favourite part of our south island tour. Beautiful area of New Zelanand, totally magical. The woodcabin room felt authentic but had modern comforts. Very warm despite the cold temperature! Friendly service. The walks and summit were must do activities :) will return. Only

We stayed 1 night here and it was a warm, clean, and conveniently located. Unfortunately we only got 100mb of free internet which is virtually nothing and feels very outdated when every other place we stayed gave it for free. The kitchen was large and it had 2 common rooms
