to call this a three star hotel is a joke, I would rate it 4-5. I cannot fault it in any way what so ever. The staff, from the reception desk to restaurant and bar staff and domestic staff were excellant. All very helpful, happy and obliging, there seemed to be nothing they would not do for you and all...

Something to do over Easter 🐣. Booked through Quids in Half Board. Arrival at reception very efficient and quick. Well aired rooms with good views over the bay. Nice and quiet with easy access to the beaches. And paths around the island. Staff friendly and breakfast had a good choice of food served buffet style. Dinner a casual affair good...

Check in very pleasant shown to all the amenities. Room very clean and has a good 😊 view over the "La Grande Harve," Nice area for walking 🚶 on the beach and paths around the island. Depends on fitness level you can walk to Plienmont 2/3 hours then get the bus back (92). Have a meal 🥘 at the Imperial...

The location overlooking the sea is excellent, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. It was very quiet when we went but we were still charged extra for a sea view room although there was only about 4 rooms occupied. Breakfast was good and the evening meal adequate with some confusion caused by having 3 menus. Wine and beer was good...

Usually just the two of us this time all the family came - and the hotel couldn't 'do' enough for us. The swimming pool was so warm and inviting we could have spent the entire holiday there. Bedrooms were perfect, very comfy and with the sea views - amazing sunrises. The five grandchildren aged between 4-18 didn't want to come...

We booked this hotel as having been to Guernsey many times to stay with family we'd always fancied it when driving past. Firstly being out of season it was a good deal, we were there for four nights bed and breakfast. From the minute you walk into reception you are made to feel very welcome, the staff are absolutely lovely....

We visited and stayed over at this hotel again on Saturday night, as we had such a good time there last year for Valentines. We were a party of 8 people and everyone enjoyed themselves. The band they had playing (city limits) were extremely good and got the majority of people dancing! The reception has been decorated since our last...

The Hotel is really good. When we arrived we asked to speak to the chef. It was good to see that he'd received my diet sheet and had even made notes on it. He was very good. We sorted my menu out for that night and each day was easily done with no problems. The food was very good and...

I spent a couple of days there for a family wedding, before Christmas. I was very impressed with every aspect. The room was clean and comfortable. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. The food was great. The hotel is right by the coast, so you can enjoy a lovely walk before breakfast or at any other time! I...

No great character to this place but it's a perfectly serviceable three star hotel. Comfortable and very late beds and a clean and well appointed bathroom. The wi fi is terrible - the connection is really only reliable downstairs in the restaurant area. Our TV/radio signal was also bad - it kept turning off for no reason. The croissants at...
