The best location to use as your HQ for hill walking, fishing, country walks or visiting the many attractions in South Wales. The Cottages have everything that you need, they are spacious, homely and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is excellent with fresh locally produced food, there is even wonderful home baked cake available. Thank you to Michael and the team...

A stay at Penrhadw Farm was excellent. The owner and staff was very pleasant. The place and views are brilliant. Would recommend a stay here. In methyl Tydfil 4 miles down road has every facility required. Lots of restaurants, cinema, swimming pool etc. Located at the foot of Brecon mountains lots of breath taking rides. We picked this off a comparison site as we were going to a concert at the castle nearby. We were greeted by a lovely lady who we followed down the road to our very own cottage set in its own grounds (Harris Cottage). A beautiful cottage with heaps of character, three bedrooms, two double one en-suite and one with two...

Four of us stayed at Penrhadw farm for one night to enjoy some walking in the beacons. Booking was easy, we were welcomed even though it was only 10am when we arrived and we were given the keys to one of the cottages. The location was great, two good pubs within easy walk, the cottage was excellent, spacious and well...

We had booked B & B and took breakfast in the main house. We stayed with 2 other friends and all of us voted the breakfast one of the best we'd...

We stayed for 2 nights and will remember it for the fact that the fire alarm sounded at 2am on the second night. We were out in the cold for about 20 minutes while the owner was summoned to the premises by mobile phone. There were apologies the next morning and an explanation that it was a faulty smoke detector,...

We stayed in one of the 2 cottages and it was perfect. Really clean. Staff very helpful and breakfast superb. Nearby pub was ok, the food was really good although they stop serving at about 8:30. We didn't quite make it to the red cow just down the road but they don't do food.
