Lovely B and B very peaceful and lovely clean bedrooms. The breakfast was excellent and owners lovely and friendly. My brother and his wife had the next room with big sofa and after a walk down to the local pub we enjoyed a comfortable evening together. Breakfast was excellent.

We were warmly welcomed by Barbara who was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious, clean with everything to make your stay comfortable. Anne and her husband have a lovely little B &B and the breakfast was excellent.

This is a belated post from some time ago but one which I had always intended to post but never got round to it – I was on my way around the South West Coast path a journey which I eventually completed in 32 days. On this particular evening I had ferried and walked from Falmouth and had hoped to...

Wow.. the room was huge with a patio. The bathroom was very neat. Everything right from the duvet to its cover was absolutely clean and well organised. The host was very accommodating and lovely. The breakfast was a delight too. We absolutely loved staying here. It's about 5 min walk from the cove and the local pub with some delicious...

This is a good place for coast path walkers to stay, with the local pub close by, as well as a smarter boutique hotel down in the village. My room was spacious and well equipped. It was all extremely clean.

Barbara and John at Carradale B&B very kindly agreed to be my Accommodation Partner and Gold Sponsor in Portloe. Carradale is a nice modern house, easy to find next to...

This is the perfect B & B for walkers on the coastal path. Our double room with terrace was spacious, immaculate and very comfortable. John and Barbara were extremely welcoming and indeed gave us some advice about our proposed walk from Falmouth which saved us a lot of time due to tides and the adjusted ferry timetable. Our expectaions were...

We stayed at the Carradale while walking the South West Coastal Path, for one night. We had a kind welcome followed by a very comfortable stay. John very kindly drove us to a local pub (with an interesting chat about the history of Portloe on the way) for our evening meal, and collected us afterwards. Breakfast was excellent. We would...

We stayed two nights whilst walking the SWCP. Both Barbara and John made us welcome and John helped us enormously by providing a pick up and drop off service, as well as some sound advice. The admin. side of the business could be improved. We spotted a couple of anomalies on their web site and they should confirm booking details via...
