Great facilities, good location for Blackpool & central enough for Manchester etc. Stayed in cottage, clean & spacious rooms. Living room sofa could have been cleaned but general standard ok. Shower cubicle in ensuite not good standard & had murky water in drain. Great activities & seemed well organised! Loved the Xmas decorations on arrival better than Blackpool's!!!

Stayed for three nights from the 2nd December in one off the cottages with family, cottage was clean and comfortable, and very spacious, plenty of activities for the little ones, had a meal in the restaurant it was delicious, would highly recommend, and will definitely return.

This is my forth visit and will be going back. I have always visited during the summer, but as we had 25% off from our summer visit we booked for end of November-early December. The village was lit up for Christmas with lovely touches. The tree house was transformed into Santa's grotto. I expected it more busy but ahead school...

Over zealous bouncers checking our bags for alcohol, followed by an eighties style DJ doing 'fun' party games involving balloons. The cheapest food for maximum profit and the worst play list of a DJ set I have ever heard. Chavtastic! You would be better spending £33 pounds at a proper restaurant. It was like the worst wedding you've ever been...

Just returned from a weekend break with friends. Despite enjoying ourselves there were a few things that weren't quite perfect. We had adjacent cottages in The Laurels, which suited us perfectly. The Ruby (132) was comfortable and warm. There were a few maintenance issues that need addressing to update the place. The sofas had seen better days and were quite...

Stayed here in November Friday-Monday. We arrived extra early to take advantage of using the facilities before check in, to our surprise we could check in early which was a bonus as we travelled with our 11month daughter who needed feeding. We stayed in one of the orchard cottages. There was plenty of room. The bed was very comfortable. Pool...

We stayed from Monday to Friday with our little girl who is 15 months old. The cottage was very clean and spacious with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Some of the furniture was a little tatty, such as the leather sofa. Only a minor niggle though. There was plenty for us to do - outdoor play area, a fantastic...

This is an annual trip for an event that is hosted here and I look forward to my stay each year. The chalets are great and have everything you need and this year the free internet service seems to have improved which really helps. If you have a car there is a large Tesco extra close by but if not...

My girlfriend and I took a holiday at Ribby Hall the other week and it was the best holiday we have ever had. I have been before and was eager to take her as she had never been. We stayed in one of the Orchid cottages. Although the grounds are big, all the amenities are close to you, the shops,...
