Absolutely amazing place. My husband and I went for the lazy Sunday overnight Spa day yesterday and what a treat it was. The spa and treatment was second to none but more importantly the customer service of ALL the staff was incredibly. Nothing was too much trouble. The food alone is worth walking back to the hotel for and we...

I stayed at the Spa hotel with my wife (room 1023) as part of the yoga retreat package. It was an excellent two day break. The welcome was warm and friendly. We found are room, which was on the first floor had everything we needed. We then had an afternoon experiencing the aqua thermal journey in the spa, which was...

Four of us went for afternoon tea, spa facilities, evening meal and one night stay. We had a fantastic time, the spa was wonderful and relaxing and the evening meal was delicious. The staff work very hard and we even had a free lift In a golf buggy to the shop at the front of the premises and back again....

Booked a spa day for four friends. Thermal journey 12-2pm gave us the correct amount of time to try everything, and also relax. The spa wasn't overly full which was nice and helped maintain a relaxed atmosphere. We had afternoon tea and the young blonde lady (wish I got her name) was friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Thermal...

Evening meal excellent, same goes for the breakfast. We would go again, first time visit also to a hotel that did not allow children pleasantly relaxing, not hearing kids screaming and shouting...

Ten of us booked into the Spa for Easter Friday at 11-1pm, for the thermal journey. Great atmosphere, very classy and relaxing trying each section on the journey. The weather was pretty bad but the outdoor hot tub was still great to sit in. The outdoor bar wasn't open but probably due to the bad weather too. I think our...

Visited all the saunas, steam rooms etc. Not busy just the right number of guests in the area. For our dinner we both ordered the fish which was heavenly. The following morning we had an early breakfast ( eggs...

Stayed at Ribby Hall in the Balcony Suite in October 2016 after my wedding. I paid £270 for one night. I requested breakfast to the room which was to be delivered for an additional £3. As I was leaving and loading my car, a member of staff ran after me in the car park as I had forgotten to pay...
