I stay in the Park quite frequently and since the upgrade it's really a very nice hotel. The staff are always helpful and even when the place is full - there are sometimes large groups staying on trips - it never feels cramped. If you get an odd number low 400 room you get a nice view out of your...

The Cheltenham Park is an old building with some more modern parts attached. And it's in rather poor condition throughout. Standard rooms are on the small side and not very comfortable. The car park is dark, and crowded with visitors to the leisure centre. There are no lifts and people struggle with the steep and narrow stairs with fire doors...

Stayed for 2 nights in March as part of a Secret Escapes package that included Accommodation and breakfast and 3 course dinner. The room overlooking the golf course was a good size but the bathroom was on the small size but did include a number of toiletries. Did use the spa-not big but included a pool and all the usual...

I stayed here whilst attending a conference. The room was large with a big, comfortable bed and a great view of the pretty gardens and lake. Breakfast was great with a good selection to suit all tastes. The location was on a main country road away from the City centre so a car is handy. There's a large size, practical...

Stayed here for the festival and the walk to the centre of Cheltenham is only couple miles. The hotel rooms are large and comfortable. The restaurant is spacious although the same dinner menu applied for all 3 days. The dinner food was ok but nothing special. However breakfast is large and plentiful and good quality. As mentioned the hotel premier...

We stayed here for my birthday, I had read reviews and was a bit worried about what I had read. The room was lovely with views of the garden, it was spotlessly clean and there was everything you needed in the room. The evening meal was fantastic as was the service. Breakfast was good (could have been a bit hotter)....

Bad Points Unfortunately the room was disappointing at best, we were put into a disabled room which wouldn't typically be an issue but it made the bathroom very uncomfortable, having a chair in the shower and an extremely high toilet. The room was freezing cold all of the time and the heating button had snapped off/been removed before we got...

Stayed on Wednesday night after race day. Very busy in the bar with good service. Had a nice refurbished room on the second floor. Only issues were shower was too hot and couldn't get a clear picture on the TV. The receptionist was very apologetic for both items.
