Lovely hotel, clean sheets and nice staff. The best thing about this hotel is breakfast. Fresh and well cooked.
The bridge was shut when we visited and there was no sign posts. Which was slightly concerning and kept going round and round in circles.
Special mention to Chloe who looked after our large group at the bar in the evening. She made the whole experience rememberable. Any hotel should be blessed to have this girl part of their team.
Facilities amazing, room spectacular, staff perfect.

I think everyone can get things wrong but the fact that there are common things being pointed out suggests a systemic problem; the fact that no-one is addressing them or failing to do so successfully suggests either management that doesn’t care or management that isn’t capable of dealing with the problems. I was horrified by our visit to this place.
