We stayed in the old hall which is wonderful, we found the staff warm, friendly and helpfull. Everything we asked for we got. Nothing was too much trouble and the valentines meal was lovely. Shame it has negative comments, we would stay again.

Wanting a family get-together for 11 people we thought that Walton Hall provided just what we wanted. Apartments with self catering facilities; three 2 bed apartments seemed ideal and were booked. On arrival the hotel looked great; Check-in was supposed to be 15:00 but we were still waiting at 16:00. Superficially the staff were very pleasant and helpful but spent...

Fabulous setting in lovely grounds , 1 small gripe we had to change our initial rooms due to a very poignant smell of cigarette smoke , though this was slightly debated by the receptionist when my sister advised of the same!! The rooms are massive , we stayed in the older part of the hotel ( stables) so , overall...

Booked here for a quiet stay starting on a Sunday to complete some work prior to doing a business presentation in Stratford upon avon over following 2 days. I checked prior to booking that wifi was reasonable quality and available. At check in I enquired about the wifi connection, and was told there was a "bit of a problem just...

Lovely old buildings in lovely grounds but accommodation is semi-modern and separate. You must walk outside in all weathers to rooms. Ordered breakfast to room which never came. After a phone call and 45min wait it came, cold. Tray of food was still outside room 2 days later! Wouldn't recommend it.

Dear Casey34_13, Thank you for taking the time to post a review of your recent stay in our Hotel. It is a bit unfortunate that due to the layout of the Hotel walking outside to get to a large number of our bedrooms is required. I'm not sure where to start to be honest, so I'll just list everything that was sub standard. We stayed in the Victoria apartment at Walton Hall on the 12th February 2017. The accommodation is average but acceptable. The oven had not been cleaned and was covered in grease, so was the baking try inside it. No bin bags No...

We had a lovely evening, the staff were extremely friendly and courteous. We were in a bit of a corner which made it awkward to be served. The food was good and averaged about '£25 a head including soft drinks & wine. This was all in the modern part of the building. The hall itself is very impressive, looking a...

Nicely located in the estate grounds in the heart of Warwickshire countryside. It was work on this visit in Coventry but would be a great location to visit Warwick and Stratford on Avon as well as Cotswold country. Friendly staff team and the food at dinner was well presented from a set price 2 or 3 course menu. Good range...
