This building was built in the early 1800,s. It has all the old characters, but also a modern fell to it. All the Staff are excellent, Friendly, Polite & Welcoming. The Food is Top Glass, whether it be Breakfast, Lunch, a Snack or Dinner. The Bedrooms are Top Class, Cleaned to perfection & with all the little extra comforts one... More

4 of us shared 2 twin rooms. The bathrooms have just been refurbished and are excellent, particularly shower pressure. Our room looked onto the rear car park so it was nice and quiet. Everything in the room is new, clean and tidy,an excellent stay.

After looking long and hard for a place to stay on the outskirts of Littlehampton, I was very lucky to find The Lamb in Angmering. The accomadation, food and staff were all without exception brilliant. If you are tired of the same old accomadation offered give the Lamb a try, you will not be disappointed. Looking forward to my next... More

Fabulous nights stay. Excellent facilities, very comfortable bed, lovely location, friendly helpful staff - will definitely visit again when in the area. From start to finish no complaints at all. Dinner was fabulous with a menu that was far superior to many 'upper end' resstraunts

We stayed at the Lamb for two nights and what a treat it was. The room was great, staff very polite and friendly and the food was fantastic. They say you get what you pay for and although the Lamb is not the cheapest accommodation in the area is most certainly in the top three for quality and well worth... More

We received such friendly service, from check in to check out. We were in the area for a family funeral and even though they don't have an actual family room, they were very accommodating and put up a camp bed in our room for our children. Which meant we good stay with other family members. Excellent breakfast, great value for... More

A great two night stay at the Lamb with many of the positives expressed by previous reviewers in terms of how friendly and helpful the staff are to the fabulous food (although I only partook in the breakfast) which was great. I stayed in the Zebedee room which did have an element of noise from the pub below especially on... More

I stayed here for the first time due to my disappointment/frustration/boredom with my regular stay away hotel and a desperate need to find somewhere with better staff, more comfortable/modern rooms and a decent breakfast. The Lamb scored on every count. A friendly greeting set the tone, a compact but quality room with a great bed and spacious bathroom continued the... More

Stayed in the James Penfold room just to the side of the main building. A lovely room with a large comfy bed (essential) and a gorgeous bathroom (a real treat). Didn't hear any noise from the road or people leaving the pub. Dinner in The Lamb at night was excellent. Everything beautifully cooked and presented, good sized portions and reasonable... More

I stayed for one night on business this week and can't praise the Lamb enough. The room was lovely with an enormous bed and underfloor heating. I ate in the pub both in the evening and for breakfast and the food was very good. Lovely gastro-pub menu, well cooked and well presented
